Candace Cagle Found Safe

UPDATED: July 31, 2004

Candace Cagle, 14, who was reported missing on Thursday, July 30, has been found.

Candace was located by Waterford Police Department officers Friday around 8:30 p.m. at a residence in the Township, safe and unharmed.

She was returned to her family.
