I am still not holding my breath as there have been so many continuances, etc. but with only a couple of days with no official changes shown, court will be held this Monday for the sexually related charges against SNODGRASS. I will post any updates, developments, etc accordingly.

Actually, all I had to do is copy post #1 of the previous thread. Beings I have the MOD software, I can copy the links to the charts and discussions in a manner that keeps them live & accessible.

You will note, since we opened up Haleigh's case, we've kept pertinent charts etc on the front of each new Haleigh Astro thread for everyone's convenience.

Although the judment was harsh, I am happy that they took that smugness off her face. I believe she was convinced that she wasn't going to do very much time from her conversations with family members and maybe that is why she has not sang the real tune about what happened to Haleigh, but now.......things have changed. They are now in a full power position to let her do some hard time until she can't bare it anymore and offer her an option...you think. This story has to have some closure, poor little Haleigh.

I have been thinking about Haleigh today and this case and am very discouraged. I was wondering if someone could look at the charts and tell me if there is ever going to be justice for Haleigh?
My heart tells me that now that the players are all in jail, nothing new to report that this is it, the story will fade into the background and poor Haleigh will be forgotten.
Will she ever be found? Will those responsible be punished FOR WHAT THEY DID TO HER, not some hyped up charges just to look like LE is doing their job?
I want those who did this to her to pay. Haleigh deserves justice for what she has endured, Junior needs justice for his sister being taken away and Crystal needs justice; each of them deserves the truth.

There has to be some movement on this case by now I'm sure Misti has spoken some sort of truth by now, surely she dosen't want to spend the rest of her life in the klink. My christmas wish is to find little Haleigh and bring her to rest.

If there was new info regarding Little Haileigh, surely the hearing would have been delayed and a plea
(in addition to the already existing original nolo contendre)of some sort or negotiation would have occurred, resulting in an even lighter sentence for each of these 7 charges.

The Chart would reveal exactly what happen yesterday, the tone of the Court and the likely punishment.

Evidently, she isn't ready to accept responsibility and spill the beans.

Spent about 2 hours yesterday going over all the info on this thread from the beginning. I first want to mention that the astrologers, Tuba, Soulscape, Jazzy stars, Housemouse, Kaitland and if I forgot anyone I do apologize, provided very specific and in depth astrological information as to what could have really happpened that night to poor Haleigh. You are all amazing and talented in your field. I wanted to see if I missed something and take another look at it from fresh eyes since alot of time has passed.

Quoted as per the astrologers in point form regarding where the body could be located:

*There were directions posted NNE where the body could be found, 4-12 miles from the home, near the neighbourhood
*The body should be found near a fireplace, stove, heater, chimney, or outdoors where there has been a fire and near something made of iron. Also: midway up in a room and to the East.
*The clues are: newly-opened tracts or ploughed ground and pastures, virgin territory, sandy stretches, burned or hilly ground and unfrequented areas affording a place of refuge for lawbreakers, free-thinkers and nudists. East.
*Venus rules places catering to ease and entertainment -- social centers, ballrooms, restaurants, outdoor cafes, public gardens, salons, bedrooms and dressing-rooms, and shops where fine commodities are sold over the counter or where barbering or beauty treatments are available. VENUS is in a Cadent House and may be farther off, may be lost, hidden or secluded, perhaps sent away. In the 3rd (which VENUS is) a nearer neighborhood.

Quoted when this event could have specifically occured:

* @ 2300p.m. Who’s that knocking at the door? See Mercury in Capricorn just arriving at the 4th house cusp? Pluto in 3rd of neighborhood, nasty neighborhood lurker? As Mercury is still in the 3rd, could Misty be on the phone (surely LE would know this? Loaded 4th house (the home) full of angry, confusing energy. 5th house of the child holds Uranus in opposition to Saturn – tragedy. Venus (Haleigh) is in the 6th house – and if we read this as the caretaker’s house, she is still with Misty. Moon (mothering) ending in Leo, worn out?
*Here it is! @ 0039a.m. Crisis degree 21:09 Leo/Aquarius on MC/IC axis with Chiron wounding exactly on the nadir, seconds away is Sun and minutes away Neptune. IS THE KIDNAPPER IN THE HOUSE? Moon’s entry into 00:00 Virgo opposes Haleigh’s natal Uranus (shocking, horrible). I think this is a time of action “in the midnight hour” – nadir influence “end of the matter”.
*Travelling with her @ 0127a.m. Loaded 3rd house – movement, automobiles, COMMUNICATIONS?
*@ 0230a.m. Saturn in Virgo on MC opposite Uranus (disaster) in Pisces on the 4th of endings. Catastrophe has occurred. Fait accompli. Could this be when Misty really awakens to the situation? Is this when Misty becomes aware? Who can sleep with such uranian energy?

Quoted the characteristics/dynamics regarding the perp:
* All astrologers agreed he was "known to the family" be it that he was a friend/acquaintance or someone they thought they could trust who deceived them.
* It was noted that he was not an RSO under the radar but an SO that has never been caught.
* That he is an older man (my feeling all along)
* Again, that he is known, therefore within the neighbourhood
* Violent, rapist, murderer
* Perp not welcomed but have been in their presence before
* Hidden agenda, loves young children
* Perp had already planned the crime

Quoted Circumstances of this crime:

* Child was kidnapped
* Change in circumstances changing homes
* Brought to a secluded location, not a bluff, low ground, alot of growth
* Child care in the home was bad
* Damage disappearing resulting in death
* Misty as caretaker, fated and unwanted encounter, sudden and shocking
she possibly knows the perp
* Haleigh was present and in view of the guests, at least 4 in the house prior to this crime
* Possibility of drug activity, either Misty or Haleigh was medicated
* Location on a hilly ground, refuge
* Misty told the truth about putting her to bed and later finding out she was gone
* Cause of death, raped and killed
* Either NNE or SSE either way, EAST
* Brought to a near neighbourhood
* Another highly likely time was 230am
* Misty is implicated

I have lots of thoughts about this and there is so much information...let's relook at this..post to be continued, busy at work

Here are my questions....
*IF haleigh was not medicated nor her brother and she was in fact in the same room as Misty, are we to believe that she/he did not scream when she was scooped out of her own bed, the perp being one person and only having two hands!
* IF we were to assume that she was not medicated, how well did she know this man where she didn't feel the need to scream
* IF we were to assume that she was pre-medicated, than we all can conclude that Misty knew this was going to happen and prepared her.
*IF the perp medicated her by means of chlroform or otherwise, her brother still would have woken up being that he was sleeping right beside her.
This makes no sense...I personally conclude that this is not possible unless he was a friend of the family and the two children knew him. I also conclude that there is no way Misty was sleeping in the same room with them when this happened unless she is lying about being an accomplice to this kidnapping ie: sold her

Another question I have:

* How is the door propped open with no forced entry. There are no boogie men, which leads me to conclude that the door was prepared for him, if I remember properly the lock is on the inside...there is only one person who could have unlocked that door.
*The perp spends time, pushing up a cinder block up to hold the door, so when he has Haleigh in his arms, he won't have to fight with it and can get out as quick as possible. So at this point, we are to believe that they there all sleeping in the same room and beds and he manages to get the door unlocked, open it, prop the cinder block against it, go into the room with 3 people sleeping in it and grab a child without a sound! No way. My opinion, again, she left the door unlocked, either intentionally or neglectfully and had done it before so the perp knew this was the case.

* Has it occured to LE that there were people in the home that night before this happened. Is it possible that the perp was one of them and supplied enough drugs for Misty to completely konk out. The astrologers mentioned seeing this as pre-planned.
* I want to mention that Soulscape called the location of Caylee Anthonys body almost to the exact spot. She mentions 4-12 miles NNE....where does this take us to...where is this abandonned house or refuge for criminals. If inside and Haleigh's body was removed a long time ago, wouldn't there be DNA, sperm, something that could prove she was there.
* What was the little brothers testimony...did he see anything. I only remember that they reported he said a man in black.

This is completely contradictory to everything the charts have testified to us. I put no stock in Mr. Holmseth's words.

Thanks for taking a look.....that's what I thought. I'm so frustrated with the injustice that has been done on these innocent children. I know it was mentioned in the charts that she would be hard to find but will she ever be found?

Could the perp have built a shack embedded in the hill? This would have to be by a creek or river that's not frequented, a fire pit could be used to cook fish and live off the land in seclusion.

Yes..sorry about that. I am referring to the distance Soulscape mentioned...4-12 miles NNE and calculated the approximate distance at 40 miles per hour for 4 miles. So it would be anywhere from 10-20 mintues away from where she was taken. Also, there's alot of backroads in the area especially if in a secluded location.

Human Skull Found In Mandarin Yard

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville police recovered a human skull in the yard of a Mandarin home on Tuesday afternoon.

Mapquest.com shows this to be about 63 miles North of Satsuma. IIRC, some of Soulscape's charts indicated HaLeigh is/was at a NNE direction, but not as many miles away.

Is there any way to tell if this is related to HaLeigh? :praying:

It will actually be 12:30 p.m. because daylight saving time began on March 13, the day before. Thanks for the exact reported time. I will look into the discovery to see if there are connections to the 911 call Misty made. We do not have the time of Haleigh's removal from the mobile due to multiple inconsistencies but we do have the fact of the eclipse that coincided with her disappearance.

Interesting that one of the area's Chelsea Croslin mentioned was the 309 area which is one of the routes to get to 12300 Mandarin Rd (info from MADJ's link above).

I'm also a bit encouraged because of the silence of LE. They haven't even come out and said if the skull belongs to an adult or child and that's usually one of the first things they do.
