Comments: The state of Alabama has issued an Emergency Missing Child Media Alert. The Ozark Police Department and the Alabama Department of Public Safety ask for your assistance in locating Montavya Tiherra Robinson, black female, age 11, 4'5", 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Montavya was last seen in Ozark, Alabama, Friday morning, August 27, and is believed to have gotten into a U-Haul truck with her non-custodial mother, Alnisa Jones. Alnisa Jones is a black female, 27, 5'6", 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Montavya was wearing a brown striped shirt and khaki pants. This young girl was found today Sept.1st in Charlotte, N.C. The noncustodial mother has been taken into custody.

OZARK, Ala. – An 11-year-old Ozark girl who was reported kidnapped from a bus stop was found in North Carolina with her mother Wednesday, authorities said.

Ozark Police Chief Tony Spivey said Montavya Tiherra Robinson was found unharmed in Charlotte, N.C., with her mother, Alnisa Jones, who was charged with interference with custody.
