June 4, 2010 we had, in all the day's charts, the marker for a surprise happening. The Sun was on the north node of Uranus and Uranus itself was on a degree of crisis and one where matters are past controlling. 0° Aries. We have been over all of that at the beginning of the investigation but what is highly suspicious (in our overstuffed closet of suspicions) is that the midpoint of the Sun and Uranus, commonly recorded as Sun/Uranus, is SWNBN's natal Mars Saturn conjunction in Taurus. "You can call me cruel and you can call me mean. You can call me fit & stronger than a man and ready to press & throw one, but do not call me sweet or do not call at all."
You will remember that Kyron was born with a Jupiter Neptune opposition, meaning he was the natural mark for a confidence scheme. And what does SWNBN's cruelty conjunction afflict? Dead to rights, you got it in one. Kyron's babe in the woods opposition.

Just for the record, I do not believe this child is among the living and have not since the original Chart was posted (or I created) can't recall now, for the "Last Seen". I know that Soulscape also posted a chart for the time of day. It appears we all pretty much agreed on the exact time being 8:45AM although a few of us studied other times beyond this one that day as well.
the Horary I created from someone else's request, with Saturn in the 1st house confirms to me by it's square to the Moon (the co-ruler of the chart) that this is so, the child is long gone. But then again, I have always advocated (within reason) and certainly Horary has it's own rules to abide within too, that Astrology is by and large an Art and even subjective as we practice it.
That is why Moon square to Saturn in this chart told me it was important enough in it's answer.
I've never been one however to argue all the finer points and different ideas in any astrology take, only submitting my own at the time I post.
And yes, I do believe without any doubt, the Astrological information sought for so long and hard, is pointing to a certain someone, that one closest to the child for sustenance and care of this young mortal being.
That's pretty much sums it up for me, but I loved reading the Bonatti and Lily aphorisms too. :) Quite a nice gift to the forum
especially at this time of year. Thanks to both Voire and Mircea (two wonderful Horary Astrologers for adding such intelligent and great input and effort to the cause of finding and caring about Kyron . :)

Aside from enmity toward her erstwhile mate, SWNBN is found in House 12 because she already feels as though she were under arrest. She is detained & closeted many miles to the south of Portland in a vain effort to avoid surveillance, just as she used throw away phones. Sun square Saturn is aother marker for feeling on a short tether.
With mixed Signs on the angles, we know this divorce is permanently underway but the end or outcome is a source of concern as to completion as the process gets pulled in many direction. The Cardinal placement of each party to the dissolution is an emblem of distrust. With that, dear Websleuths, I claim Understatement of the Year 2010.

Interesting observation of the Cardinal squares to each other.
Kind of "hits home", since my Sun is in the Cardinal sign of Capricorn and my husband of 39 years in Libra squaring each other.
We adore each other, and have always been "stuck like glue" in this relationship, almost like a shadow of each other's image.
So, even though in natal work, this can be, (perhaps it's the Chiron connections spoken of by Magi Astrologers that makes this so as well as past lives) as our Chirons do conjunct and make good contact with the beneficial planets Venus and Jupiter., but in mundane work such as the divorce proceedings I can definately see where the square works in a contentious disharmony for these two who once shared a marital bond now dissolved.
Well, well, well. As it happens, the Moon is conjunct Gerlinde for this January 6 divorce proceeding. The Moon & Gerlinde rule the past and the hidden life of respondent, SWNBN. Where have you been, Iron Woman, out in the linden trees?
Sun and Saturn, the protagonists here, have a midpoint at the cusp of House 10 which is the signature of separation. Very apt. The Sun is also 40° from Neptune, a nonagon or novile. This gives the endurance, patience and sitzfleisch to use the waiting period to plan, incubate, put together and program an impenetrable deception.
From the other side, we have petitioner who initiated this action and is thus responsible for the outstanding Bowl Formation of the planets. He is on a mission to capture the information kept dark from him~the other hemisphere that, of course, includes the manhandler and her secret activities (H. 6). That half has been kept dark from him and contains his child, H. 5. The other stages of the mission are recovery and completion. This refers to recovering Kyron and completing his knowledge of this crime. Despite a torturous, wrenching need, he has been kept outside of that.
All of this in mind, we know there is so much more to this January confrontation than legalising the separation. It will be difficult to pierce the duplicity and the stone silence. The Sun at 16° Capricorn is quintile Jupiter and Uranus, too clever by half and very much a factor on June 4 also. Why would some member of the task force NOT attend this seemingly personal divorce matter as it is heard?
Faced with a difficult challenge and party to a contest, it is always helpful to have some forces on ones side. Jupiter conjunct Kaine's co-ruler Uranus is powerful. Additionally, the asteroid Charybdis, whom we have met before in this case, is posed and poised on the Ascendant, so respondent man bender has to get by that. Formidable in the calmest weather. But what of this impediment's companion blocker, Scylla? Fortunately for Kaine, Mercury makes a station and turns direct bang on Scylla at 19° Sagittarius. That would answer a hope of his because the placement is his House 11 cusp!
Mars will reach the midpoint of these two, the Mercury station from Dec. and Scylla of the hearing, on the 10th & 11th of Jan. with Sun to follow mid-month, Jan. 17 & 18. Mars is law enforcement awareness and activity, of course.

Are there Linden Trees in the Lewis & Clark State Park near Troutdale, Oregon? Just asking. It is my contention that there will not be an arrest in this case without Kyron. Alive or his remains. Period. A previous missing persons case was recently resolved when the wife's remains were found in Idaho. The Portland police arrested the husband. But she had been gone for nearly two years. In fact, her body was found after Kyron went missing. IMO it shows how perhaps the authorities/DA works (regardless of the individual police departments) in regards to suspicious cases of missing people even when there is an obvious suspect. No body/person = no arrest. No moving forward with the case. If I am wrong about my feeling of where Kyron might be...I still think he is not in water. I do not believe he is alive. But I have serious doubts about Sauvie Island. JMO.
I just wonder if the place I mentioned either shows up on the charts or is entirely eliminated from them.

That is the location I am drawn to. I don't know why. Maybe it means nada. It is not exactly easy to find via internet search but it is as the map says roughly 16 miles from Portland. Just not a spot we'd all go, "I know where that is." Totally not.
We have a second hearing, set last October, for this date of January 6, 2011. The solar eclipse precedes the Horman's hearing by but two days. Effects of eclipses last for months even up to years. The influence is therefore strong and from a degree of crisis, matters coming to a pitch.
This solar eclipse fell in House 2, which must be read with House 3 as they bear the same Sign of Cancer. 0° on the cusp of money measures the urge to demand support as immature, impatient and hasty. Distress and loss of financial comfort are clear in the south node of the Moon there, conjunct pars fortuna. We have Cancer also on the House of filings, documents, motions, responses so no matter what is mouthed in court about solicitude for children, the claim is all about money. SWNBN would not be the first to try to live off her child's support money. Venus in the Sign of indebtedness at 29° does speak to financial extremity but the debt does not flow out of ordinary day to day expenses; it is due to the contingencies of SWNBN's divorce. (It rules past marriage Libra on House 6 cusp, also the secret indulgences of House 12 Taurus.)
The aspects to (P) and Ascendant are not dire but so much cannot be said for ruler Mercury, soon to square both Jupiter and Uranus while not seeing clearly due to Neptune. Kaine holds the whip hand here because he & the judge who rules are conjunct, ruler House 7 and ruler House 10. The Moon is disposited by Uranus and detrimented Mercury in exile by Jupiter, again throwing all the weight over to Kaine.

The article is almost two months old. I don't know why it is appearing again. Maybe someone hit the wrong keys on a computer.
I wondered also, Doodles. We already knew this. Maybe the story is resurfacing on behalf of SWNBN to remind the public why she will behave in court as she does and why no demand will be made. But that cuts no ice. Since news organisations, for all their faults, know what news is, I suspect an agent or friend of SWNBN's counsel put KVAL up to this.

Tuba, when I checked the link and saw the article had a link to the November 2 document, I checked other Portland news outlets and found nothing. It finally occurred to me to check the WS general thread, and there was a new thread about this article. Luckily, WS member Chili Fries had located the original article. I assume there's a relation between KVAL and KATU since the photos and articles are identical. Very odd for this to happen, but I cannot see its value in being republished. I am not going to lose sleep over this.
Edit To Add: Just checked the comments under the KVAL article. Only two, and the second one points out that this is a rehash article from two months ago and questions why.

That link you provided so recently is not working now and the search enging at the station does not bring up this raw video. But maybe you have more information on it, like the date it was recorded for e.g. Thanks. I do remember Desiree talking about this in the fall but even at the time, it was hard to catch every word she said.

The Forensic Astrology threads are good in that the charts are offered with explanations, and a click on the Thank You button is all the discussion that is needed. Other posts with links that might be helpful, especially those with dates and times, speak for themselves without the need of everyone's version of what they read. This thread can be frustratingly slow at times because of the lack of new information, but I would rather have a slow thread than a fast one filled with speculation and hogwash.

I have cable internet, so it's pretty fast, but I also just had the computer professionally cleaned & more memory added. I had to wait until the whole video loaded before it would play. Not as long a wait as Tuba's, but long enough to wonder what was wrong. The opening commercial loaded in a flash. The station probably has moved this video to a slower server since it is "old news".

Any event officially scheduled creates a document of the event, whether that takes place or not. This was discussed long ago in the instance of say, court convening but proceedings starting 25 minutes later or a wedding where one of the party is late. The published time still creates a chart and it did in this divorce hearing. The most interesting feature of the morning chart with its promise of an arrest: Mars in H. 12 is glaring and never fails.
Still, this delay following one of months, is upsetting. I wonder how Kaine feels about this. After all, he would like to get shut of her but there she is, with her high priced lawyers, hanging on him. Arrrrgh!

Kaine cannot be happy unless there will be an arrest soon. Her lawyers wanted a delay; not Kaine. The toddler is still safe.

(Salem) - Governor Ted Kulongoski today announced that he is appointing Kathryn Villa-Smith to the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Judge Villa-Smith will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Keith Meisenheimer on January 1, 2011.

It seems to be a sudden retirement by Judge Meisenheimer, and I doubt he will be available for future court dates on the divorce, especially those months away. The newspaper article stated "Meisenheimer's staff" with no mention of the retirement nor the new appointment. It could be the writer did not have all the facts or chose not to expand on them.
A change in judges would explain the sudden postponement of the divorce hearing. Previously both sides have managed to let the public know what is happening either through speaking or filings.
More news with a fuller explanation could come out in the next day or two.
Tired of the game playing. The focus and concern is misdirected. Sick!

Naturally, we would love to have the exact time of the pings police told us about, pings on or about Sauvie Island. We don't have them, not even an approximation. But, thanks to an expedition that took place oh, so long ago, we have a chart for the territory. And luck is on our side because it meshes.
One day, down the river of time, the 22° Leo Moon will be a child who is not at all in control of his situation nor his fate and who cannot act for himself during the criminal predicament in which he finds himself. That is the very nature of 22° Leo. Meanwhile, we have a wheel that looks so close to the Farewell Chart it is spooky.
Due to the exact opposition here of Mercury and Uranus, ruling both youngsters (Merc.) and House 8, (Uran.), we need to think about Mercury as a means of locating him. Any surveyor's marks, a notable hive buzzing around a spot, a gang of insects that hop and jump and annoy, anything of pine, any crossroads.
That 0° Neptune in Sagittarius, for Charubel was a snake or serpent in the shape of an S. For Sepharial, a man lying on a heap of rocks by the side of the road. This weird Neptune, which is also TMH's Neptune to the degree, will be tripped off on January 19 by a Full Moon wherein the Sun is on the solstice of 0° Sag and the Moon is opposite, both exact.

I've been thinking about Lewis & Clark's Wappatoe Island, which became Sauvie Island. One of the notations the explorers made was that it was so difficult to sleep anywhere near the island because of bird cries and calls that went on all night. Ann Rae Colton has written that birds are God's messengers and from experience, I believe that. Due to the above chart aspect, Mercury of birds (always) opposite Saturn & Uranus ruling the House of death and the dead, if we are part of the search party we should heed the sounds the birds are making while we look on Sauvie Island for Kyron. As you know, oppositions mean awareness and nothing is more sharp sighted than the bird. They know what is where and I believe they will tell us.

Adjustment to parallel pursuits, i.e., the dissolving of a marriage and the investigation and prosecution of a crime, has been difficult and slow. Saturn retrograde but exalted tells us that. He is at the entrance to a squeezed Sign, Libra without even talking about our Scorpio intercept. He is reluctant (retrograde) but making the adjustment (H. 6). The troubles he's having control a whole stellium in Aries because he is their fanhandle, opposite.
When you find )( Mars constrained in H. 11, you have a stew of frustration, resentment & disappointment in expectations of progress for this divorce procedure and these emotions are barely controlled, )(. What is responsible for all of this feeling? Neptune, desperate at 29° and deceptive, controller of the intercept.
House 9 of the law was eclipsed on January fourth and this cast a shadow over the projected doings on March 31. Alcyone, a Fixed Star in the Pleiades group of Weeping Sisters, holds the Ascendant. Ruler Mercury is retrograde, changing the time or date.

I am still unclear about what is going on with the judges on this divorce case, but here is some info about a "senior judge" in the State of Oregon:

March 31 is so far away that I expect many things to change between now and then.
I do too, D. One of the changes will come in the respondent's morale. Every day another measure of foolish, ill founded hope is lost. Otherwise, March 31 would not find her at the utter frozen limit, 29°, on the cusp of the House of hope and in the Sign of hope. That means matters between now and March 31 will not in any way lift her spirits or infuse positivity into her outlook. Matters instead will be pushing her up against a wall. Mars in the Eleventh House is another indicator that visions of getting "out of this" and expection of miracles from her legal counsel will be destroyed.

This would not qualify as an EVENT.
Although exploring this wouldn't promote the progress of the case, it may be one more of those problems or losses that add to her 'down' time.

There are a couple of things going on in the 'Kyron Reported Missing' chart lately that I wanted to share, and maybe learn more about. I never trusted the 8:45 am chart because SWMNBN doesn't seem particularly credible. The inner chart is for the time Kyron was reported missing and the planets outside the wheel are the transits for January 28th, a few days off. (Caveat: I'm a hobbyist, not a professional)

On January 28th, Uranus will be opposing that 12th house Saturn who has been having way too much fun in there! For those who may not know, in traditional astrology each planet has a house of joy, which is where they function most easily, or are most comfortable. For Saturn, the 12th house (confinement, hidden enemies, secrets, etc.) is where it likes to be. At this time, however, Saturn (which I take to mean the nefarious goings-on) while still hidden in the 12th, is retrograde and somewhat weakened.
Uranus, being the planet of upheavals, just may shake something out of the 12th in its journey through the opposite 6th house. Since the 6th house represents (among other things) hired help, this could come from the landscaper (or maybe even De De?) or someone else in a 6th house occupation. Uranus is also close to conjoining Jupiter in this house (exact on March 9th). Jupiter rules the 3rd house (communications) in this case, and will soon be changing signs, so maybe someone (surprise witness?) will suddenly come forward with more information. Uranus will also be within the orb of the fixed star Scheat (anciently known as the shipwreck star; it bodes catastrophe and suicide) very soon (around February 12th). This may or may not be part of the unfolding of events in this matter, but it is imminent.
Neptune in the 5th (children) will once again oppose the Mars in the 911 chart in the latter part of February. This opposition indicates violence, deceit and things kept hidden. The 11th house Mars suggests an accomplice(s) to violence; Neptune is a watery planet and dangerous when ill-aspected. Neptune went retrograde about two months after Kyron disappeared, and is now returning to the same position it occupied that day.
I wonder how this will play out?

Yes, the 911 call is a reliable chart to use, however I still think the 8:45 Chart is also reliable, after all we know that Kyron wasn’t seen at school after this point in time, so something happened to him. Or at least that is what I recall from the various interviews and not just TH's voice. Perhaps I'm wrong, as my memory fades.
But for the 911 Chart you erected, Saturn rules the 5th of the child and is placed as you say in the house where Saturn “joys” or the 12th house. Joy is rather a misnomer term for the family of Kyron, but nevertheless, Saturn enjoys contentment as a symbol where it operates best and this is the “Hidden House” in most astrological lore.
Seeing the transits you placed for this current timetable, puts Saturn rx as you mentioned,
Over the ASC but rx planets are back and forth so we may not see an exact triggering of events to come yet.
I can see however, that TR Saturn is square to the 911 Venus and the South Node (what has come before) and could mark a shake-up of that 9th house tree., tossing a few kernels of truth out.
While Tr. Uranus has it’s way over the 6th house and conj. to Jupiter here also Trine the MC
It does appear to suggest that the universe may uncover something here. Trines usually are seen as very harmonious and the MC is the public sector.
What to make of that grouping of Transits over the 3rd of communications however is a question I have.

LE made a statement last fall that they would be "wrapping up" their investigation around this time. I maybe be wrong, but I also took that to mean that more would be shared/communicated with us when they did. In any event, the expectation was set. So maybe LE's timing (re Jupiter/3rd house) will resonate in more ways than one? :) We can only hope.

At ten this morning, the Multnomah Co. Sheriff's Office, Washington State Patrol and Gordon Trucking, Inc. announced their partnership in the quest to locate Kyron Horman. Gordon criss crosses the country with its semi-trailer runs and their trailer trucks will bear photo posters of the missing boy in hopes members of the public will recognize him. See the lunar nodes square Jupiter with no answering planet at the Descendant: public notice sought.
A Mercury day at a Jupiter hour is ideal for publicizing this or any matter and Jupiter ruling House 9 is perfect as is Venus in House 9 to improve public relations. Unfortunately, the chart shows the damage is irreversible, Moon in her FALL ruling the child and square House 8 ruler.
We are haunted by the semi-sextiles of June 4 as they remarkably reappear here and such a series is most unusual.
There is something sleuths are missing. Semi-sextiles bring awareness, a backfield in motion, echoes, assistance & results. Semi-sextiles goad and push things out into the open, however Uranus rules House 12 and is also found in House 12, so a dread secret stays hidden. This reflects the sorry truths about TMH's private correspondence which hit the web and the papers and t.v., but left the serious question of Kyron's location unanswered.
So what is the AWARENESS we are meant to have but are missing? We are here and have been here all along. Thus, we cannot shift the responsibility for this realisation, this awareness onto a public who was not on the case. What is it that we should see and should know but do not? Saturn co-rules the hidden matters here and is stationary--stuck in the stalls. In House 7, he is a lack of connection with people, other people, who could help. We are meant to be networking with the citizens of Portland and today's announcement is a jump off to doing that.
A Cardinal Cross on the angles of the public announcement chart for today acts quickly, decisively and assertively. The peregrine Venus ruling the wider public and in a cadent House is slow to respond, incapable of providing much information and dicey as to result. Saturn in House 7 is a tough obstacle due to reticence, doubts and fear but does indicate that someone local holds important information. Mercury squaring this Saturn, there is little hope this individual will divulge what he or she knows at this time. The station of Saturn to retrograde until June is cause for even more pessimism about an informant coming forward.
Capricorn on the government Tenth House and Homeward Bound Eleventh House ties those two sectors together cooperatively. Washington State Patrol is the risen Jupiter ruling an adjoining state, House 9. Our problem is coming from an eccentric, unpredictable Piscean in the House of matters hidden. Interesting that any planet or agent or asteroid at 2° Libra would not only complete the Cardinal Cross but also trip off that Uranus because at its solstice point. We may have to launch our own satellite to fill that position, that space, that degree.

In an effort to fill in the blank degree in the partnership chart for WA State Patrol, Gordon Trucking & Multnomah CSO, has this area of Sauvie Island been searched and canvassed? Also, the waters & shore down river from Multnomah Falls?
I looked up the McQuinn Family. They have a pioneer website which had a fairly detailed account of the history of Suavie Island. I realize all of this has been gone over several times, but as I was reading the page I realized there were many details which note specific things about portions of the area Tuba suggested to search. For example this ... The advent of flood control and increasing pollution problems has just about wiped out the Wappato (Sagittaria latifolia)but the careful observer can still find a few colonies on the west side of Sturgeon Lake.
Wondered if Paulette or someone else could take a read through my link below and see if any asteroid names correspond with a specific location feature? There is mention of Apple Trees, Dairies, Hudson Bay Co., Arrow Leaf or Duck Weed (Wappato), Chinookan Tribe, McQuinn, etc.

Kyron's 2009 Solar Return Chart has the Sun in the 8th house, BML 27:34 Capricorn, "Riverside" 23:59 Pisces conjunct Uranus 24:58. Pluto 0:40 trine Orcus 0:55 Virgo. Orcus, bringing death.
Kyron also has "Graves" 26:22 Virgo, in the 8th house. I find that odd that both should be found in the house of death.
I've given Kyron asteroid "Kairen" as his name. I don't see why not, after all Kaiser is pronounced Ki-zer like Ki-ren.
In the Last Seen Chart, Kairen is 26:59 Virgo, conjunct Graves 26:22 Virgo in his 2009 SR. Yes, it transitted right to that degree on the day he disappeared.
The BML at 27:34 Capricorn in the 2009 SR chart is now filled by Gerlinde 27:04 Rx Capricorn in the Last Seen chart.
Riverside is in the 12th house in the Last Seen at 21:42 Gemini, trine Graves 21:12 Aquarius in SWMNBN's natal chart.
SWMNBN also has Gerlinde 21:51Taurus square Graves 21:12 Aquarius.
I think this is testimony of death and where he is located.
It's no comfort that at least one person that lives and breathes knows where he is and won't tell.
I just noticed a reference to Hayden. SWMNBN has "Haydn" 23:15 Cancer, conjunct "Deforrest" 23:56 Cancer, both trine the Sun 23:52 Pisces.
Astro.com suddenly went down, so I can't get the exact degree of Kyron's SR.
It's back up. Unfortunately, it's Kyron's 2011 SR that has Deforrest 23:32 Cancer, in the 12th house.

Thanks for this. I wasn't sure if it had been corroborated by others — you're not the only one whose memory fades. ;) There was some fine work done on that chart, and it inspired me to learn more about this branch of astrology.

About 15 searchers from the Mountain Wave Search and Rescue Team were setting up in a gravel turnout of Northwest Skyline Road, in a remote area near Moreland Road and a field where horses were grazing. Thick vegetation also covers the ground near the area. Team members say they cannot comment about the search.
Between 40 to 50 search-and-rescue workers, along with as many as seven cadaver-detecting dogs, are combing the dense forested area around turnouts, trailheads and gated logging roads along a stretch of Northwest Skyline Road, south of Rocky Point Road and a gravel road farther north in the Dixie Mountain area.

Sadly, I realize I should not be in an astrology thread. When Wendy asked for a chart, I couldn't figure out what kind of chart she wanted. Chart of search locations? Chart of today's timeline, but based on what? Chart of news articles?

Quietly slinking forward, "That's okay." We all have to remember how close we are to Neptune right now--look at this chart. Easy to forget where you are or to get muddled in any sort of way.
In the end, this search was important because the outcome for the missing person case appears here as favoured by the stars. El Nath conjoins cusp of House 4: worthwhile project, properly undertaken. Mercury of the trek through this area is applying to the exact sextile of rising Uranus, alerting searchers to the benefits of flexibility & an open mind. Uranus is in mutual reception with Neptune, stressing this.
This is more encouragement than we have had in a long while because the Sun of today's search event is only a degree from an ARREST. Cadent and Fixed, that could take as long as a month but it is coming and soon.

An advance toward the arrest which is in the offing. There is a second renewal search scheduled for next weekend from what I read this morning. It is not only the surge of physical effort but the mention of new material that has come into the hands of the Task Force that spells progress. All that is required is persistence and that is the attitude I see. What about you?

Tuba, the KOIN article is the only one I have seen that mentions this Tuesday. Ditto for the little web chat I have seen. The lack of a published agenda for some types of meetings is a problem. There might be something in the news Tuesday, but give it a 50/50 chance of being real until more is published.

We can draw a fair amount of encouragement from the fact that certain legal limitations, restrictions and obstacles are slowly moving out of the way. The heat and pressure to find Kyron and prosecute who harmed him continues unabated. Our criminal appears as so far very fortunate but, since Jupiter is about to square Pluto, the luck is running out. From astrological indications that can be read in the letter, a female witness who is helpful is soon to play a part. As for Kyron himself, he looks to be at a distant locale.

This is probably one of those remaining questions that you mentioned, but I'm wondering if there is any indication that the female witness is someone new to the case; someone we, the public, are familiar with; or if she is someone who has remained out of the public eye until this point?
Any clue to when this witness may surface?

We were just pawing the ground, waiting and frustrated because the report on this case did not go before the Multnomah Co. Commission. We expected it on or about February 1. For that reason, I examined the status of the sherrif's office in the best way available to us, by looking at a letter Sheriff Staton wrote to the district attorney on February 2.
I can almost guarantee the letter itself wouldn't interest you because it was an answer to grand jury findings about jail conditions and in no way regarded our missing boy nor was he even alluded to. That's the good thing about charts though, they go behind appearances. For instance, if you wrote to your sister about a trip you took to Wyoming and your ongoing divorce was never mentioned or was even a secret, the horoscope of the timed letter would still reveal that you were dissolving your marriage and how close you were to the final papers.
I did expect to see some concentration in the chart about the Horman investigation and was not disappointed. Some of the strictures placed on the force by both law and the district attorney are slowly being relaxed. There is also the possibility of some positive surprise moves by the D.A. in connection with grand juries. The witness was three & a half months into the future but the "half" is almost past now.
The chart also made clear that one who considers self to be above the law faces a legal reckoning and soon. Twisting the law to meet personal circumstances fails. Compulsions meet their consequences. What is needed to make an indictment stick will be uncovered. The same star, Aquila the Eagle, that helped locate Caylee, provides guidance here. Sheriff Staton himself is in tune with its energies and inspiration will come.
Kyron is at a distant locale means distant from where the sheriff wrote his letter, at his office I assume. There is earth slippage there and this will be very helpful in finding him. Some unusual wet condition from weather has created this new situation. Something has broken free. Some improvement or enhancement to the land has given way. Wooded banks at dark water.
I don't know who the female witness is but she shows up in the horoscope as a breath of fresh air.

Because there are so many cases being worked on in our Forum, it became obvious shortly after we created this Forum, that it would be impossible to maintain Calendars. Since Caylee's case was the inspiration for our Forensic Astro Forum, we have continued to add to it as time allows.
I think you would probably understand the astrological findings better if you went back to our 1st Thread and read the Astrologers charts and the respective analysis that accompanied them.

Mt. St. Helens is about 75 miles from Portland, though I have seen lower and higher mileages.
Like every other WS, I have a tape of background music about Kyron running in my mind night & day. We are concerned because there is a citizen of Oregon who is escaping responsibilities everyone else is held to. She created her divorce drama and did that in a frightening way~"losing" her partner's son and soliciting her partner's murder by hire. She created the wrap of suspicion that surrounds her in the concurrent criminal case as well. Yet, because she has tickets each way on herself and has expensive lawyers, she has, so far, escaped down a two-for-one runway. In other jurisdictions, she would be calendared and held to answer or take the Fifth in her civil case, despite the threat (or presence in fact) of criminal indictment. This endless wait at her convenience is nonsense!
Before this month is out, Mars moves into her Sun Sign to square her natal Neptune; the Sun overhead will likewise make the same affliction. In another major change, Jupiter will square Pluto then and those who consider themselves smug, mute & above the law will come up hard against it. End of the runway.
Really heavy is the move of Neptune into Pisces in April where he, of course, comes into scary conflict with her own Neptune, so instrumental last June 4th. She is responsible for her predicament, she alone, and the law does not & need not move aside for personal liability. The law calls it to answer.
For those WS who like to follow the justice for crimes against family that Tisiphone deals out, Tisiphone the asteroid, is right now transiting atop TMH's Mars-Saturn conjunction. As you may remember, she has that pair opposite her Jupiter and in square to Kyron's Jupiter and his Neptune. If Desiree is accurate in her interpretation of emails in evidence and TMH does have "extreme hatred for Kyron", that Mars-Saturn conjunction would be the source of it. When you have that conjunction afflicting another human being, sadism and brutality and animus can be directed toward that person or child.

Funny you should mention Tisiphone today, I've been wondering when & where it would come to fruition in her life.
I noticed a long time ago that it was at 27:43 Aries sextile BML 27:22 Aquarius and sextile Juno, 27:36 Gemini in the Last Seen chart!!!
Not only that, but it opposed her natal Tisiphone at 27:04 Libra. If you look at these adding hers in, you get a kite formation with hers as the tail. I'd call this formation A Perfect Storm.
She also has Megaira (hatred) 29:13 Pisces, transited by Uranus & Jupiter on that very day. A nightmare, a horror show. Some people have such rotten luck, don't they?

Yes, Tuba. Maybe the personal delivery of a flyer by Desiree will shake something loose. Her strength and poise during her search for Kyron is amazing, and her few public breakdowns are understandable.
I am curious about what is on the flyer, but it may be the one the Kyron Horman Foundation distributes.

Good old Oregon.Live. I have uncovered enough information to chart TMH's hiring of Mr. Houze and that is next up. Obviously, law enforcement including and above all, The Task Force, is cautious about bringing one of Houze's clients up on charges in light of this attorney's track record of representing defendants.

When I see Mercury out of bounds, I think of John Kusack and "Say Anything". Of course this pertains to the statements TMH made to her newly hired lawyer and to law enforcement but Mercury also represents the missing child here and he too is out of bounds. There is something unexpected, outre, unusual about Kyron's location, although we are still seeing water and tillable land.

For some reason, I had the impression that she left for Roseburg when she pulled out of Shelter Nook but KATU reports (per Dooodles' link above) that their reporter spotted her on I-5 Saturday morning, traveling south to Roseburg very early. She must have therefore laid over somewhere before setting out on the 17th. When Desiree knocked on her door in Roseburg, that must have been a moment. Dear old KATU has a good article from July 17, 2010 on Terri at the wheel, her father in his car as passenger, exiting the home in Roseburg just before 9 o'clock in the morning of that same day. There is a video with the article. I think I can use this as her establishment in Roseburg as resident. She would have driven south from Portland that same morning and her arrival at the Moulton home would be close to this departure video too. I am going with it.

Well, we got more than we bargained for. The Part of Agriculture for Stepmother's chart is 21°26' Virgo of arable land and represents controlled burns on the land, conjunct Mars. Uranus, which has just afflicted Jupiter by conjunction, tells the same story, bucolic setting with buildings like sheds or small stables and spots where lime, brick and such material have been burnt.
The Part of Violence is 14°30' Cancer provoked by emotional (Cancer) circumstances (H. 11). The Moon for the stepmother's change of residence has just entered the fiery star path, Via Combusta and last passed over Saturn for a change of plans in that she intended to remain at Shelter Nook with Kiara. Kaine's court order altered that. You will note that this woman was born with a Taurus conjunction of Mars and Saturn and here those two planets rest together again, in the natural House of Taurus and in another Earth Sign. She may not be a material girl but she is a material body builder. The Moon on the cusp of House 3 also depicts her at the wheel, backing out of the driveway in Roseburg.

They do around here but in my area, a permit would be required even for that. Mars conjunct Saturn does classically mean fire and burning even apart from the agricultural connotation of the above chart; then too, we must look at the day ruler, Saturn and the hour ruler, Mars: burning again.

Personally, I can't think of anything more involving in the crime than the Ascendant of this new chart for the move to Roseburg. The Mars violence of June 4, 2010 was right on the Ascendant here at Roseburg as she establishes residence. Something I have been reluctant to add is the "contribution" from Transpluto for the Science Fair. He was on Mars that day, dead bang. Meaning: brutality, savage crimes, force, precipitate and stubborn action, rash energies. Extraordinary power. As you already know, Neptune was directly opposite--the betrayal, the treachery.
Transpluto is also known as Bacchus and as Isis. John Robert Hawkins, M.S. wrote the book on him.

Thank you everyone, for all of this current effort in Kyron's case.
I just have a brief comment to make, I'm unsure why, but TMH frightens me more than any of the suspected perps in the cases I am following, and there are many. Even more than Elise Baker, EB wasn't good at hiding who she was, or what her propensities were, but TMH is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing, IMO, and she was very adept at it.
I think our little Kyron had a 'read' on her, and that may be exactly why we are here. Thanks for all your hard work, may there be justice for Kyron soon~ Frigga

Ok, I'm curious...the address listed is, of course, her home address at the time but I don't think that necessarily means that's where the offence took place. Of course, it could be, but without seeing the actual record I don't think you could say for sure.

I doubt the actual burning took place on 9-21-08, that was most likely the date the violation was adjudicated. I wonder if this kind of offense is like a speeding ticket? You have 6-to 8 weeks to appear or pay the fine?
I looked back to see what I had retained from my sleuthing stuff on her and found her fb page. Her baby shower was held in September 2008 (K was born in November 2008).
So she would have been pregnant when the burning took place. Can you see a prego TMH out in the yard setting fire to the dried out blackberry trimmings? Guess it's possible, after all she is the Rojo Ardilla :innocent:

Just wanted to drop in to thank all the astros for their work.
When TMH re-established herself in Roseburg, at the family home, Venus sat in her First House protecting her and the planet came from parental House 10. In her birthday transits, Moon in Cancer is trine the Pisces Sun~the comforts of home, the caring.
It is also evident in her birthday transits that her lawyers are extremely well prepared. Mercury conjunct Jupiter in Aries could not be more learned. Every quillet of the pertinent law is either familiar to them or thoroughly researched for current challenges.
Mars will be squaring TMH's Moon, however. From Pisces. This is not only Desiree reaching time & time again for the needle but is also a female witness who has already been foreseen and foretold. This Mars square is more important coming from her Sun Sign, the center of her being, than if it squared from say, Sagittarius. Gets right in amongst her.
It is also interesting that transit Mars & transit Saturn will be at solstice point to one another, so that every misstep, John Law is there to nab her and every move or statement the Task Force makes, angers her in her deeps. Meanwhile, Neptune at 29°20' Aquarius is her continued desperation.

They've brought in the BAU unit. Excellent article, a must read.

Thanks for all your work. Snow in Portland today may have delayed the time of the meeting by 1 hour, but I'm uncertain about this.
The agenda says "9:30 a.m. time certain" but I heard that the meeting was pushed back to 10:30. Then when I signed on just before 10:30, they were already in progress, so I don't know. I also heard that they tend to start meetings early, though.
Hope this is of some use to you. I'm surprised the meeting is still taking place, as I heard at 7:35 a.m. that the Portland City Council meeting for tonight was cancelled.

Sorry about the multiple posts... I just tuned in to the meeting and at 10:45 a.m. a member of the county commissioners was asking the D.A. if the investigation was "on track". I'm uncertain how many minutes the Kyron portion of the discussion on agenda had been underway, but I suspect not long.
Hopefully you can view tapes of this at the link in my post, above. I noticed there was a date stamp on the video but I didn't see a time stamp.

Judging the Farewell to Kyron chart and the Last Seen by Others chart, Websleuths noted that his stepmother had someone tucked away in House 12 as a secret lover. There was just no getting round that.
In the Last Seen by Others, we had left the halls of the school and were outside in the parking lot. The II Sun on the same degree of the node is intercepted and represents not one but, in II, two vehicles in a private happening away from public view.

The Pisces Moon that morning was contraparallel Saturn and was therefore scheming, emphasised by her rulership of House 12. She and the Sun were square, taking pains to get this right and making an effort. Mars, ruling the child, was disposited by the Sun of two vehicles and the Sun in turn, was disposited by Mercury critical (21° Taurus). I believe Kyron was put into this man's vehicle, the second or other truck. After all, Mercury is disposited by Venus in House 12, the hidden love interest. That's who the driver was.
We also know that the critical degree of Mercury has the force of tightening the orb of his T-square to the betrayal Mars-Neptune opposition, implicating this man in the whole affair or event.
The Pisces Moon parallel to Saturn does provide the scheming element to Kyron's disappearance but also ages the parties involved in this sophmoric scheme. The other driver should be slimmer than TMH, taller and may own land that he tills.

I noted asteroid "Buddy" 5:39 Libra in the Last Seen chart. SWMNBN's Uranus has Rx to 5:39 Libra in her Progressed chart for June 4th.
Kyron's ascendent in his 2010 Solar Return chart is 5:39 Gemini, further linking him to "Buddy" on June 4th.
In her progressed chart she has ""Buddy" Rx 20:31 Sagitarrius, trine "Megaira" (hatred) 20:36 Aries - asteroid "Kairen" 20:37 Scorpio is quincunx "Mergaira". It would seem that a married woman's buddy would be the husband. Thus, an act against the husband could be his child, the quincunx.
"Megaira" in the marriage chart is 0:45 Pisces, Kyron was transiting on June 4th, 0:59 Pisces.

The Pisces Moon from June 4 had last passed over Neptune and it is Neptune that comes in as opponent to Mars of the child, the treacherous agent. Neptune rules House 9 of strangers and I don't believe that Kyron knew "Slim". Saturn and Neptune are all of a piece, describing "Slim" because of their tight, tight quincunx.
Kyron had real hesitation and concern about going with or having anything to do with this stranger. See Mercury critical square critical House 2 of his own protective instincts. In defending himself, Leo rising also = Kyron, Leo being the child Sign and the low degree indicating his young age. The Pisces Moon square the Sun tells us there was conflict between Kyron and TMH over this. Don't worry about that, Doodles, just an expression. The dog bears looking into because Mercury did play an important role and was at crisis, 21° Taurus. If this was pre-planned by both parties, however, the dog would have added to the peril of being noticed because dogs bark. Of course, crazy D.D. wouldn't care about that.

So is it possible (according to the charts) that DD is a player in TMH's plan of vanishing Kyron?
Actually it wasn't the charts that zeroed in on Durham; his name came up because he lives in the right area and is a desperado. He is somewhat like the planetary profile but then thousands of men in the area would be. He is a possibility we will continue to investigate. I see Durham as lacking in self-control and I'm not sure that fits this plot.

But it's been over a month since this man escaped on foot from what I recall, so if his homes have been searched as I read they were (does he own them?).....and the connections forensically made if any by the LE, surely the public would be made aware by now. A "Be on the lookout" type of alarm going out?
The Synastry reveals thus far from what I can find;
D.D. has his Moira & Mercury 6,7Pisces - conj. Kyron’s MC 5Pisces.
DD has Pluto 19Virgo and potentially his Uranus & Sunrise Vertex, conjunct Kyron’s SUN in Virgo 16deg.
DD has 9Cancer BAM conj. Kyron’s natal Lachesis @4Cancer. The transit of BAM was at 4Cancer when Kyron went missing on June 4th.
I don't know the orbit of this asteroid however.
DD has Ceres 26Gem. within 3 degrees of Kyron’s Saturn 28Gem.
DD has his North Node 7.45 Tau. conjunct “Hamal” (Ruthless behaviors) and his SN conjuncts “Lachesis” on the “last seen chart for Kyron” 7Scorpio49min.Rx. at 8:45AM on June 4th, 2010 …Lachesis is about naming a time of a death. The conjunction of his SN to Lachesis that day is within 4 minutes.

Asteroid "Davida" is 4:22 Cancer in Kyron's natal chart.
DD lived on Sauvie Island, in a yellow rental house. LE staked out his house & searched the house & surrounding area. No sign of him or Kyron. He was described as an avid landscaper. Worked for a printing company. He was never found.
Well, ladies, that information is a shock to the system, Kyron's and ours because Kronos was there that day, conjunct Davida, for Kyron but conjunct BAM of the day and opposite Pluto. We had noted and analysed Kronos and Pluto and the Ceres occultation but not these two you are providing. BAM is a v. frightening inclusion, very!

By saying, "ruler House 5 of children is lead planet here", I don't imply that is due to the body being found on Saturn's Day. The fact that it is Saturday adds emphasis to this being about a child since Capricorn is on House 5 of children. The lead planet of the BOWL formation is the reference: all the other planets in the BOWL are directed and led by Saturn as he is on the rim clockwise (the rim planet in other words) and drags the remaining bodies behind him.
Like Desiree's presence in Roseburg, her suggestions to people who live there and the standing army of posters on stakes, the Moon of this grim discovery on Skyline adds another 90 lbs. of pressure to Terri as it squares her II Moon placement.
Saturn from Kyron's chart, 28° II conjunct Hades, completes a T-square with the mutable or common square from this discovery's Moon in 28° Pisces & lunar node's 28° Sagittarius and II. It will be necessary to stretch to complete fine detail work (the missing Virgo arm of a would-be cross) on the circs. of this death.

Does all this mean that the body that has been found is connected to Kyron?
Law enforcement in Multnomah says there is no evidence connecting Kyron's disappearance and the death by foul means of this individual. However, since everything in the world is connected to everything and everyone else, in some instances remotely, sometimes with only 6° of separation, and in some cases, intimately, that is not an assertion I would make.
There may be a criminally involved person located conveniently who keeps watch on comings and goings at Logie Trail Road, which is not that far from the spot of the corpse. Alternatively, this victim may know landscapers or those actively involved in the disappearance of Kyron.
One thing for sure, Jupiter on House 8, ruling the outcome here means this find is fortunate for the investigation in some way.
Better yet, tell me what YOU think "all this means"!

There is a map on the page, but it has no markers on it, and it is not zeroed on the area of Skyline where the body was found. If they update the map, we may get an exact location, and I will update my map.
Edit: I have the map location now, but it will be awhile before I can update everything. I tried to do it quickly, but I was well on my way to destroying my master Google map.

The 2Malefics in their natals combined with the outer Uranus of the Event.
David Durham (man on the run) has Mars at 3Scorpio conjunct Tiejo-Richarte’s Uranus at 29Libra
Checking the synastry we see they have between them a YOD containing legs of the Malefics Saturn & Mars with Uranus using the dead man’s 3Gemini (a lying degree) Solar position of his Sun.
I suppose my question is, what would be the payoff for them to be involved in killing or harming Kyron?
Death for one of them?
We’d need far more to go on here.

We've just been posting in the last week about the line-up of factors on June 4 that were David, Kronos, BAM, Pluto opposite and the Ceres occultation. Where is this man's (Javier's) progressed Sun for June 4, 2010 but 6°Cancer! Interesting that he was born on a II-Sag Full Moon with Venus conj. Saturn in Cancer at 16°, not 18° as in the Farewell to Kyron chart. At the time he died, his progr. Mars had come into exact opposition with his Uranus, 28° Aries and Libra.
His progressed Moon is in Pisces and was, last year too.
Chiron is 1°58' Pisces today conjunct Gerlinde, which was 1°34' Pisces yesterday. They were probably exact when Javier Trejo-Richarte was found dead.
With most cases I follow here at WS, I usually have an idea of what happened to the victim, why, how and when. In Kyron's case the only thing I felt certain of was TH is responsible for his death.
If DD & JTR are somehow involved with TH, what the heck?! What's the common thread here that loops them all together?
Tuba do you see anything in the charts which could indicate COD for JTR? Did he take his own life?
Mars at 8°44' Pisces is the male responsible for his (JTR's) death. Mars not only rules House 8 of death & killers but forms what is called a collection with the deceased in the middle and Mercury on the other side. Tomorrow, I will try to post more on that degree but others like degree legends too and may find images of interest associated with that degree. The Fixed Star Skat, delta in constellation Aquarii, is conjunct Mars, so this male may be a mechanic. Or is he just "The Mechanic" for a mob?

Wouldn't it be something if he was astrologically led there, comitted suicide and found where Kyron is resting??? Wonder if LE has checked out the location or searched it? I'm not sure if this is possible and it is all conjecture on my part. This was only an option that I'm asking a question about? I do absolutely believe there is a connection.
Over in the main forum someone posted a link to the email TH sent to a friend on June 5th, 2010, the day after Kyron went missing. I remember reading it back when it was first published in the media, but now it has oh so much more meaning. Pretty clear she was building an alibi. I also think mixed in with her attempt to cast aspersions elsewhere, there is some truth. Her words "he was seen with a man "chaperon" and two girls" ...
I find her choice of words interesting. If I were going to say that, I think I would use "male". Her use of "man" IMO indicates personal knowledge (she knows who the he is, knows he was with Kyron after she left the school at 9). She also describes why she planned and chose the science fair to disappear him. It was highly chaotic and there were over 300 people there. Ugh, arrest her already!

I just watched a reconstruction/documentary of DB Cooper's hijacking of an airplane in 1971. Some of the searchers conjectured that he was swept into either a river or a dam that empties into the Columbia river. If he was in the Columbia river, he would have been swept out to sea in 2 days. I have to wonder if SWMNBN is aware of this.
Kyron's Vertex (turning point - or Destiny's Gate) is 20:51 Scorpio - asteroid "Columbia" in the Last Seen chart is 20:38 Taurus - exactly opposite his vertex.
SWMNBN has "Oceana" 0:17 Aries, which trines her Neptune (God of the Sea) 0:51 SAG, with Uranus transitting "Oceana" on June 4th.
Kyron's progressed "Riverside" is exactly conjunct his progressed Neptune, both at 8:30 Aquarius.
Since I'm not an astrologer, only a fetcher-of-asteroids, I always hope that they are of some use to those that are in the know.
But if you have a point of view based on these asteroids, I support it. My view that this is highly possible is not based on asteroids and yet confirms what you have found.
Re: this new tack as to Kyron's fate & whereabouts._____The Part of Journey by Water is conjunct the Mercury of Kyron's Last Seen. That is the chart based on witnesses who saw him at 9:15 a.m. June 4. This Part is also the midpoint of Saturn and the lunar node. And we cannot forget the influence of Sedna!
And another thing! The effect of the December eclipse was posted at #764 in Thread 2, on page 31. Now with the Super Perigee Wobble Full Moon, Uranus having been invited as head of table, there is renewed stress on Kyron. His Saturn was activated on June 4 and is now again. On June 4, transit Saturn in Virgo was squaring his own. (Trans-Neptunian Hades was also upon Kyron's II Saturn.) That same pair of Saturns is impacted by the Super Perigee Wobble Full Moon. Can this advance the search for Kyron and the case against the responsible party? Do fish swim?

The Multnomah County judge handling the pending divorce case between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman has cancelled a scheduled Thursday hearing and will delay it for another three months.
Multnomah County Judge Keith Meisenheimer ruled in October that there's "substantial overlap of evidence" between the divorce case and the criminal inquiry and parallel proceedings could create a discovery nightmare. But he said he also had to balance Terri Horman's constitutional rights with Kaine Horman's right to a prompt resolution of custody, parenting, property and financial matters.
I am so outraged by all of this!! What about Kyron's rights!!!???

Well, I think we knew this was coming from the chart Tuba posted and all... still very disappointing for Kaine and Desiree... Kyron too... he wants so much to be found so that his loved ones can find some peace. This is sad news today for sure.
Actually, there are two charts for this same supposed hearing, both destined for the round file because the hearing would not occur. January 12, #36 on page 2 of this thread and the one above at #207, which I cast because I wasn't sure I had posted a horoscope when the January divorce proceeding went phfft. There were also the scheduled October hearings of 2010, of course. This whole evasion is SLY and frankly, disgusting.
Suppose a killer invented a machine he used in his crimes. Time goes by, he isn't apprehended, so he applies for a patent. Francis Swerigen takes him to court claiming patent infringement. Will he forever skate on the killings, even though evidence mounts pointing to him as a suspect and will Swerigen's patent rights forever remain clouded? The duplicity of this evasion is odious.
There are posts in the main forum about doings in Roseberg, OR so I thought I would note that tomorrow, TMH is visited by Mars. He transits directly atop her Venus. The II Moon repeats her own lunar position and Venus meets her Mercury. A day when she will not fust away in the back room of the family home.

You may want to go back and read up.
Various methods have been approached and we've found no one method is absolute all of the time. Wouldn't that be wonderful, the families would have some peace and the victims would respectfully be laid to rest.

Doctor says one year of treatments to stop the deterioration but cannot guarantee improvement. I'm hoping he can get me back to where I was in March when I could at least see clock faces. All my previously over-bright LED clocks are now black. My driver's license was renewed in February. Ha! I can still legally drive! *LOL* I won't.

The wheels of justice spin very slowly in this case as we come upon the one year mark of Kyron's disappearance that fateful day from school (June 4th 2010)
In revisiting the chart for the disappearance of Kyron, (last seen chart) I see that Venus is the Day Planetary Ruler found in the 12th, so Venus gets more emphasis, as well, it's a Benefic planet, traditionally speaking just as Jupiter is termed the greater Benefic, so Venus is the Lesser benefic. In the 8:45AM chart, Moon is the Hour Ruler, another emphasis here.
Benefiting whom?
How about the SM or whoever is behind taking Kyron to his fate?
In the 12th, remember I'm sure you all do, Venus in the hidden house, and aided in the last seen chart by a Trine to the Moon (the Hour Ruler) and a Sextile to Mercury.
These are large aids for Venus here as luck and time are on "her" side, i.e. Venus. :(
There is one "blight" however for Venus in this chart that will eventually come to a resounding halt and bring this case once again to the forefront of justice delayed.
That would be South Node conjunct Venus in the 12th as it appeared on June 4th, 2010. I also believe the Quincunx from Jupiter to the planet Mars (a malefic) that did conjunct Regulus at that time, must bring down the person or persons responsible, as Regulus always promises a Fall eventually. But we may even think that poor little Kyron was the one /Regulus was speaking about.
At least that is (imo).
Frustration everywhere I'm sure as this 1 Year anniversary quickly approaches.

I think there is always hope Astral Star. Prayers always and hope for justice for Kyron, and of course his family.
But until the core astrologers decide to post something here concerning Kyron, perhaps I'll just read.
As for my bit of rehashing the June 4th, 2010 8:45 Last Seen Chart, I am cognizant we will soon be seeing the one year Anniversary of Missing Kyron, and that is what drew me to this thread once again.
I didn't see anything new to report however.

Well, ladies, that information is a shock to the system, Kyron's and ours because Kronos was there that day, conjunct Davida, for Kyron but conjunct BAM of the day and opposite Pluto. We had noted and analysed Kronos and Pluto and the Ceres occultation but not these two you are providing. BAM is a v. frightening inclusion, very!
Sorry, I'm lost. What or who is BAM?

That is the chart based on witnesses who saw him at 9:15 a.m. June 4. This Part is also the midpoint of Saturn and the lunar node. And we cannot forget the influence of Sedna!

Don't worry about that, Doodles, just an expression. The dog bears looking into because Mercury did play an important role and was at crisis, 21° Taurus. If this was pre-planned by both parties, however, the dog would have added to the peril of being noticed because dogs bark. Of course, crazy D.D. wouldn't care about that.

1) BAM is an asteroid. It possibly could connote a gunshot wound.
2) The Part of Journey by Water could possibly indicate Kyron was taken on a 'trip' involving travel by water.
3) Astronomers have named Sedna as a Dwarf Planet (along with Ceres and Pluto). Sedna is associated with betrayal, bestiality and death by drowning, among other things.

Thanks for the Video doodles....I see his mom says she feels there will be a resolution to this case and a charge made soon against the one who is responsible, or that Desieree thinks is responsible , but it doesn't appear that way to me, and I question the info she is given by the Sheriff's office to believe this. IF there was evidence, they would no doubt arrest the person /persons who the evidence points to.
Apparently, there is a big difference these days between hard evidence and circumstantial evidence because of juries today (the CSI as termed) jury to convict.
