Roy Kronk's testimony wasn't exactly the bombshell the Defense set it up to be. He came across much more credible than I anticipated.

I also don't think I would have gone the River/Krystal route. She has tons of credabilty issues and that could hurt them more than help them.

Cindy lied more today. I am eager to see the rebutal case where she is concerned.

IMO: RK is keeping his head above water, and he is above all of the muck and mud being thrown at him. While DT and ICA are firmly down into it and sunk.

Just catching up on the RK testimony. What a horrible injustice has been done to this decent man by the DT and ICA. I hope when the jury sees that it will make them more likely to stick a needle in Casey's arm...

JB came back and said regarding that - Did you hear GA say she was close to home? LDB objected (laughing) and JB withdrew the question.

Calling meter witness after meter witness is useless. Just ask Kronk where he got Caylee's body, then offer up the defense exhibit that makes it plausible he stole Caylee's remains, or rest your CiC.

I'm at a total loss as to why Baez is making so much fuss over any comments Kronk or anyone else would have made about there being a reward. Isn't that the whole purpose of the reward - to motivate people to help out? So now, it puts a person in the line of being a suspicious person because they make a comment about getting a reward??? I just don't get it.

And LDB - Let's just cut to the chase on cross. Ask Kronk's supervisor, to his knowledge, how long did Kronk keep little Caylee's remains before he planted them in the swamp? Baez keeps skirting around so let's just get it out there so we can move on. IMO

Orange County controller needs to add up the cost of this trial in total and let the taxpayers of OC know how much ICA and the A's have cost the taxpayers.

"IF" JB and ICA were to be believed at opening statements they should both be accountable to payback every dime they can for the rest of their live....and the "A"s as well.

This is despicable when police and firemen are being cut, schools closed, teachers losing jobs, people not getting health care and on and on.

What exactly will be the total cost to these Florida taxpayers?

No defense says Caylee accidently drowned-she was not killed.

I'm not sure exactly because defense hasn't given a solid time line or chain of events but somehere-somehow-they are saying that Kronk took custody (or stole who knows) Caylee's body because he wanted the reward money but that at the time he did so RK wasn't aware that the reward money was for an alive Caylee.

Defense is trying to show Kronk wanted the reward money so he took Caylee's body.

take it for what it's worth. not worth much to me.

Here we go again. All JB is ever worried about is someone making a buck off this case. He is OBSESSED with it. He asks every single witness a financial gain question. He appears more worried about witnesses financial gain than anything else he asks them. The jury has to see this.

Who cares even if Roy did say those things about winning the lottery or whatever? It doesn't prove he put the body there or moved the body.

Are they going to ever tell us how Roy got the body from George? Are they ever going to ask George what he did with the body? Are they even going to ask George if Caylee drowned?

It appears that this meter reader supervisor is going to say something along the lines of RK wanted to get a reward.

I think if anyone had just found someone or something in which a reward was offered, that would be one exciting aspect of the situation. But, it doesn't go towards anyone taking a leap from excited about possibly getting a reward - to stealing and hiding a body as JB alleged in his opening statement. This is getting to be too much!

Nor does it go toward what happened to Caylee. The defense needs to rest their case.

Orange County controller needs to add up the cost of this trial in total and let the taxpayers of OC know how much ICA and the A's have cost the taxpayers.

"IF" JB and ICA were to be believed at opening statements they should both be accountable to payback every dime they can for the rest of their live....and the "A"s as well.

This is despicable when police and firemen are being cut, schools closed, teachers losing jobs, people not getting health care and on and on.

What exactly will be the total cost to these Florida taxpayers?

We co exist with Rattlers and copperheads the same as we do wasps. My cats kill them on a regular basis here. You have to be extremely careful when even walking out on the lawn. To me they are just a part of natures order. You can't be afraid and let that fear rule you.

ETA, I won't mention the fact that I am terrified of wasps and have even trained my GSD to kill every one that gets in the house! :floorlaugh:

We live in an area where rattlesnakes are plentiful. My dogs get rattlesnake vaccine and they're rattlesnake trained/proofed.

To be honest the only time I have laughed during this trial was when defense gave opening because it was so absurd.

I can't help but remember that this is a trial for the woman that commited the crimes of chloroforming, duct taping, and murdering Caylee with premeditation.

Those crimes keep me sober. This child was murdered in a most horrific way and even though I don't think DT is doing what it should for the defendent and even though I don't think that this trial is about or will bring forth justice for Caylee. This woman has to pay for those crimes she commited against Caylee. JMHO and how I am viewing the trial.
