I would rather watch it on TV but when testimony is iterupted it is nice to have a fall back.

Links for watching Online.

None of the fingerprints on propofol bottles found in Michael Jackson's bedroom or in his doctor's possession belonged to the king of pop, sources close to the investigation told ABC News.

That revelation might deal a crippling blow to Dr. Conrad Murray's defense theory that Jackson himself took a lethal dose of propofol and the sedative lorazepam without Murray's knowledge, creating a "perfect storm in his body that killed him instantly." Murray is on trial for Jackson's death and could face four years in prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

Yes, she is one of the girlfriends and who he was living with whenever he was in Los Angeles. She is the mother of his latest child. I've seen report the baby was born April 2009 but Beth Karas just said March 2009 so I dk exactly. This is also where the drugs were shipped that he ordered from Tim Lopez. He told Tim Lopez the drugs were for his clinic in Los Angeles but they were actually being shipped to Ms. Alvarez's apartment addressed to a clinic name that supposedly (per Beth Karas) did not exist.

Also, he just now said that the lawyers (didn't say which side) had requested to meet with the judge prior to trial starting today and they (all lawyers) are supposedly in chambers with the judge now.

I don't see how this could possibly be news to the defense. Surely they already knew this.

I just heard Beth Karas say that the the empty pill bottle that MJ supposedly took the pills behind Murray's back was in the bathroom, not the bedroom so they are wanting us to think that MJ got up, walked to the bathroom with his IV attached, took the pills unbeknownst to Dr. Murray, then went back to his bedroom, administered profofol to himself, layed back in bed and died from too much medication. Now, add to that, no fingerprints on the vials or pill bottles (if that proves to be true via testimony), it just doesn't add up to me. We'll have to wait and see how all the testimony unfolds to see if this is what the defense team is saying happened.

Nicole Alvarez, the mother of Murray's youngest child, may follow them on the witness stand. Her testimony is especially important because the propofol Murray used on Jackson was shipped to her Santa Monica, California, apartment.

Alvarez, 29, who met Murray around 2005 in a Las Vegas gentlemen's club, made it clear when she previously testified that she knew little about the doctor's activities.

"Dr. Murray and I were on a need-to-know basis, and I just know my place and my position in his life," Alvarez said.

Murray called Alvarez from the ambulance as he accompanied Jackson to the hospital, according to testimony in the preliminary hearing.

Defense asking a lot of questions about the timing of opening office in Houston. I don't see how he can ask these questions on cross since nothing of this sort was asked on direct but prosecution isn't objecting. Def asking about his schedule once the office in Houston was opened in July of 2006 and the difference between the patients seen in each office. Per witness, very different type of patients seen between the two offices, most Houston patients were low income, indigent, etc.

Witness first learned about Dr. Murray going to Europe with MJ. She said she learned April 2009.

Again, don't see how this is not being objected to by prosecution.

The empty and partially filled pill bottles in MJ's room were old medications. Isn't it amazing that they float the most impossible and ridiculous theories--guess the TH will jump at anything.

Thanks Bluesky for the article on MJ's prints not on Propofol bottles. I agree Isabelle--the defense will say he used gloves, perhaps that white glittery one.:waitasec:

Bella met Dr. Murray in Feb 2008 at a social type club. She was working there. Club in Las Vegas. Dr.Murray gave her his phone number the night she met him. (he's quite the player - IMO)

They phoned and text msgs one another. (Prosecution is having to carefully word her questions since she can't ask if this woman was a girlfriend - pretty funny surely the jury notices this)

Prosecution showing phone records now and witness is confirming one of the numbers on the records was hers. She got text message from him on June 25, 2009. She is confirming a voice mail message on June 16, 2009.

As Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial enters its second week, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Michael Jackson's fingerprints were not found on any of the Propofol bottles.

The defense might have a hard time convincing the jury of this, since there were no fingerprints of Jackson's found on any of the Propofol bottles. "Plain and simply, the Los Angeles Police Department didn't find any fingerprints of Michael Jackson's on ANY Propofol bottles or the Lorazepam bottles. There were no partial fingerprints of Michael's or any unknown prints on the medication bottles," a source close to the situation tells us.

Sade Anding, a cocktail waitress who met Murray when she was working at a Houston steakhouse, is likely to be one of the first witnesses Tuesday. Anding testified in January that she was on the phone with Murray when he suddenly stopped responding to her just before noon the day Jackson died.

That is the moment prosecutors contend Murray first realized that Jackson had stopped breathing. "I didn't hear him on the phone any more," Anding said. "I heard commotion as if the phone was in a pocket and I heard coughing and I heard a mumbling of voices."

Anding said she stayed on the phone for another five minutes, listening and wondering why the man she sometimes dated wasn't responding. "Hello, hello, are you there?" she testified she said.

The timing of the phone call is key to the prosecution's time line of when Murray realized his famous patient was dying. Based on testimony so far, the moment came at 11:57 p.m.

Dr. Murray gave Anding his telephone number the first night he met her while she was working at Sullivans. Witness is confirming they spoke on the phone and spent time together and text messages.

The met in Feb 2009. Between Feb 2009 and June 2009, they maintained regular contact and got to know each other better. Witness confirms Murray referred to her as his girlfriend but she says only in a playful manner, not serious girlfriend. (huh?)

Witness confirms Dr. Murray called her on June 25, 2009. The phone records show the phone call to have happened at 11:51am as the time Murray called her.

Witness describing conversation...greeted each other, she asked how he was doing since she hadn't heard from him in awhile, the last time she had seen him was in May when they went to dinner. She asked him how he was doing and he said "well..." and then paused. Then she started telling him about her day. She said he didnt' reply and she realized he was no longer on the phone. She heard a lot of mumbling, coughing and no one answered her saying hello? hello?

Pros asked how long into the conversation he stopped responding or speaking back to her she said she realized prob 5 to 6 min into the call Murray was not on the phone.

Friends for a while, progressed to something beyond friendship. Spent time together on a regular basis. In Las Angles and Las Vegas.

Did he tell you he was MUJs Dr. I think she said 2008. He didn't get into details, about treating his children.

When he told you about being MJs dR. were you interested. She said yes. Doesn't recall the kind of service Murray was giving MJ.

You're right, they don't.
No pay for all the casting calls you have to go to.
No reimbursement for clothing for those casting calls.
No reimbursement for gasoline/transportation costs either.
BUT.....a member of SAG can use those things as write-offs on their taxes.

Asked about meeting MJ. She's pretty proud about meeting him. Was impressed the Murray was treating MJ. Murray arranged for her to meet MJ. It was a surprise. She was speechless. They went to MJs home. Spent a brief time at the visit. She was excited.

Asked about meeting other patients. She has met other patients, yes. In Houston. When she met MJ it was the only patient she had met.

Sorry lunch time gotta go.

Moved into location alone. Asking about cell phone number.

Asking about the relationship. First met 2005. In a social setting. In a club in Las Vegas. She was socializing in the club. Murray was a guest in that club.

After met then contacted him, exchanged phone numbers.

When they met she was living in Las Angles, he was living in Las Vegas. She has never been to his private residence. Didn't know for sure where he lived.

Oh darn.....she didnt get the chance to boast that Murray paid her $3500 for a lap ride.

According to the CNN article, Alvarez, 29, who met Murray around 2005 in a Las Vegas gentlemen's club, made it clear when she previously testified that she knew little about the doctor's activities.

"Dr. Murray and I were on a need-to-know basis, and I just know my place and my position in his life," Alvarez said.

Alvarez said today Dr. Murray paid her monthly rent which was $2500. They also have a child together.

Mr. Lopez found a supplier for the cream which had to be special ordered and paid for in advance.

Standard strength of Benoquin cream is 20%; Mr. Lopez initially sold Dr M 40 tubes - each tube contained 30 grams.

Dr. Murray asked Mr L to keep supplying him the cream.

CM said he would pick up the cream and pay for the order with a company cheque.

Told Lopez he was doing a clinical trial on one of his patients who is African American.

Subsequent orders were prearranged and were to be delivered by courier service, (Fed Ex) to Dr. Murray’s office for his convenience.

Credit card payments were arranged at that time for all further orders from Dr. Murray.

Sent two sizes of propofol, 1st order larger than second order. 10 viles in first order and second order contained 25 viles of propofol.= 35 in total sent to Dr. Murray.

CM reordered first item, propofol, plus benaquin cream, tubes, normal saline, 9 IV bags at 1000 ml.

Total price for 2 shipments of propofol $195.00, Benoquin cream $1200, and saline bags cost $18.00

Fed Ex charge of $38 for overnight delivery. The initial delivery was sent to CM’s medical office where CM removed several bottles of propofol and requested the remainder of the shipment be sent to his medical office in Santa Monica.

Yes. The AEG attorney who drafted the contract between AEG, Murray and MJ testifed earlier that the contract was never signed by all three parties. It was signed by Murray only and faxed to AEG on June 24, 2009. AEG and MJ never signed it. I believe the MJ contract (actually in the form of a letter of intent) supposedly said that AEG would pay for Murray, but MJ would be reimbursing AEG. From what I have seen of that contract, it was all about AEG.

Investigators went to search the singer's rented mansion in California following a lengthy interview with his doctor, Dr Conrad Murray, who told them he had placed a medical bag in a cupboard in a closet.

During their search, detectives found 19 tubes of hydroquinone and 18 tubes of Benoquin, both of which are commonly used in the treatment of a skin condition Jackson had called vitiligo.

The disease creates patches of de-pigmented skin, and creams can be used to lighten skin that has retained its colour to give a more even appearance.

The skin cream was not listed as a factor in Jackson's death nor was it detected in a toxicology report.

After Mr. Lopez was sworn in, he stated he was a pharmacist who owned and operated the pharmacy called 'Applied Pharmacy'. At the time of his death, Jackson was reportedly having Dr. Murray give him the propofol as a method of sleeping.

Experts have indicated that this type of drug is highly addictive and over time it will become less effective requiring higher dosages.

Additionally, propofol does not produce restful sleep which the body needs.

Yes but the witness did get it on the record in one of his responses that even though there is no regulation, that given the nature of these drugs he would have only shipped them to a dr office or clinic. I'm glad he was able to say that on the record. IMO these drugs should be more controlled than they appear to be.

You're right -- they don't even get subway fare.... Occasionally a casting call for a bit part in a play or a movie will appear in a teeny-tiny ad in the NYTimes. No pay, of course, just walk in the door and be ready to be disappointed, but sometimes good things happen... When a show is on tour, there will be casting calls on the local level -- in the city where the tour is going -- for crowds, or people in a line, or a mob, etc., etc.

It may not happen to Alvarez, however, but she's trying.

And she is a beauty.

IA and I think Alvarez and Dr. Murray shared a "special" relationship despite his attraction to other women. Alvarez said Dr. Murray invited her to go to London with her and she was planning to go. The couple introduced their son to MJ at Michael's request.

However, Alvarez did say Dr. Murray left their apartment nearly every evening at 9 pm "to go to work", when it was time for her to put their baby to bed and he returned home in the morning. This was their routine for at least 3 months.

Dr. M was probably going to the night clubs and she wasn't aware of it. She apparently wasn't interested or concerned about his extra curricular activities because she had her own career had a baby to take care of, and he paid the rent which was $2500 per month.

I wonder if the other women Dr M met in the bars knew he was living with Alvarez and had a baby boy?

All of Dr. Murray's "friends" who testified are beautiful imo.

Yes but the witness did get it on the record in one of his responses that even though there is no regulation, that given the nature of these drugs he would have only shipped them to a dr office or clinic. I'm glad he was able to say that on the record. IMO these drugs should be more controlled than they appear to be.

Ms. Alverez stated that she went down to the common area and picked up the boxes a couple of times too. They were dropped off with noone around in the lobby of their appartment. That is scary that someone could have just picked up a box of those drugs and walked away with it.

I was surprised when I heard today it was Dr. Murray who was providing MJ with the cremes which MJ used to whiten his skin not a dermatologist.

On the invoice dated April 6 2009, the cost of the Benoquin creme was $1200.

In May 2009, Dr. Murray requested samples of Hydroquinocreme from Mr. Lopaz.

On June 15 2009, after MJ sampled an energy boost formula Dr. Murray received from Mr. Lopaz, Dr. Murray informed Mr. Lopez that he liked the product and placed an order for it as well.

I'm actually shocked that this judge allowed these women to testify.

Ha! Vinnie just used the word "parade" of women. Talk about character assassination. Wow.

I'm not so sure this was a good move on the part of the prosecution. They could've let this evidence in without these women parading in front of the jury.

Oh and who cares if he had 7 kids with 5 women? What does that have to do with this case?

How many kids he has is not part of the trial nor has it been said in testimony so that is a moot point. Other than the jurors coming up with their own speculation, nothing at all was said on the stand to assassinate his character and, in fact, the judge already ruled that nothing could be mentioned in that regard as to his multiple girlfriends. I don't even recall there being any testimony as of yet that he is married.

These women were brought to the stand to establish that he did, in fact, talk to various different people at times when talking or texting on the phone was the last thing he should have been doing. Phone records alone does not establish that it was in fact Dr. Murray on the phone and that he did in fact actually speak to someone on the other end.

If it had been a brother, sister, father or mother, etc he was talking to, that is who we would have seen on the stand. It just so happens, it was his girlfriends.

There is nothing in Dr. Murray’s biography to confirm he was ever married.

It does say however that in December 2008 Dr. Murray, who has an unknown number of children, was ordered to cough up $3,700 in unpaid child support.

His father, Rawle Andrews, was a Houston area physician who up until his death in 2001, focused his career on offering medical services to the poor.

I noticed Brazil got her to say she had met some of his other patients in Tx but that was after MJ died.

MJ was not responsible for paying Murray. CM was to be under contract negotiations with AEG. They are the ones who have refused to pay him.

<snipped>

At the time of his death, Jackson was reportedly having Dr. Murray give him the propofol as a method of sleeping.

Experts have indicated that this type of drug is highly addictive and over time it will become less effective requiring higher dosages.

Additionally, propofol does not produce restful sleep which the body needs.

http://newstaar.com/watch-streaming-live-video-dr-conrad-murray-trial-in-michael-jackson-doctor-case-%e2%80%93-opening-statement-as-trial-begins-today/354326/

And I have also seen numerous experts who says propofol is not addictive like a narcotic or an illegal drug. One may become psychologically addicted to it in their minds thinking they need the propofol to rest but there is no withdrawal symptoms from the use of propofol because it quickly leaves the system with little or no side affects each time.

While it may not produce a restful sleep if the patient thinks it does then it does to them. Of all the people I have known who had propofol used for lengthy or short procedures they always have told me they were out like a light and felt they had slept like a baby through it knowing nothing at all. I have only had it one time and I simply went to sleep and never got past 99 when starting at 100 counting backward. I awoke and I didn't feel groggy at all like other anesthesia has made me where I felt it for days afterward.

Of course no human being would live when totally flushed with this dangerous amount of propofol all at once. It would kill an elephant imo. On tv they said one bottle was enough to do a 1000 quick procedures in a hospital.

That is true. He has been married since 1989.

You sure didn't hear about her being in court to support her philandering husband either.

He has acted so reckless not only with his inept care of MJ but his personal life as well. Its a wonder he didn't give her a STD and he sure doesn't believe in birth control.

And I would really like to know if he sees his other 6 children. Heck he could have more children out there and not even know it. I find him a very careless self centered man who is a high risk taker.

In the report titled, “Conrad Murray Women - Let’s call a Spade a Spade” it states Nicole Alvarez revealed to the Court that she did know Conrad was married after she initially denied it.

And Sade Anding testified in Court that Conrad Murray told her he was divorced.

Conrad Murray’s relationship with Nicole Alvarez is notable because he and his wife,
Dr. Blanche Bonnick Murray had left their practices in San Diego and moved to Los Vegas to escape a similar situation with Nenita Malibiran with whom Conrad Murray had an affair with and had a son with out of wedlock.

Today in Court, Tim Lopez, the pharmacist CM ordered MJ's medical supplies from, testified that he obtained Dr. Murray's medical credentials from him and when he entered his information into his software program, it accepted it which proved CM was a licensed medical practitioner.

His full name is 'Conrad Robert Murray' and he was born in St. Andrews, Grenada on February 19,1953. He is currently 58 years-of-age.

Information on his medical training and background in medicine is included in the link below.

For crying out loud. The man thought he was a sex machine.

And Nicole Alvarez described herself as an "instrument" LOL.

I understand why Anding heard mumbling sounds after CM put his phone in his pocket, but I can't understand why she heard coughing as well?

Here are some highlights from today's court proceedings:

- Judge Pastor also would not let the jury hear a voice message Murray left on Bella's cell phone nine days earlier. But Bella did answer 'yes' when asked if Murray had told her he hoped to "meet up with you" later at a club in Las Vegas before he left for London with Jackson. The judge ordered that testimony stricken from the court record, but jurors clearly heard it.

- Dr. Murray is married and was living with Nicole Alvarez when he was working as Jackson's personal physician in the 2009.

- 11:57 a.m., is when prosecutors contend Murray first realized that Jackson had stopped breathing.

- Pharmacist Tim Lopez, who followed Alvarez on the witness stand Tuesday, testified he sold and shipped more than four gallons of propofol to the Santa Monica apartment where Murray lived with Alvarez.

- Randy and Rebbie Jackson were the only Jackson siblings in court Tuesday.

- Los Angeles Police Homicide Detective Dan Myers, who led the Los Angeles Police Department investigation of Jackson's death, and coroner's Investigator Elissa Fleak will probably testify Tuesday or Wednesday, based on that pattern.

Yes. It ended right after Mr. Lopez completed his testimony. The attorneys went to sidebar for a few minutes then the judge said that there were some scheduling issues (I take that to mean a witness not there yet or something) and that they would be recessing for the day. It was about 2 hrs or so earlier than normal, IIRC.

Murray wanted to get back to the house to retrieve that bag of bottles, bags and vials that he stashed so he could remove it from the scene. The article says Murray has 1 adult daughter and Blanche has 1 adult daughter who live with them and Murray has no other children so it sounded like the two children weren't the couples own biological children and we know Conrad Murray has at least 5 other children.

I wondered if CM had extra marital affairs because his wife didn't want children or couldn't have children and he wanted a son.

FWIW, yesterday in Court Nicole Alvarez said when Conrad initially began taking care of MJ, he would return home early in the morning and as time progressed he was returning home later each day.

To me that testimony shows that MJ was building up a tolerance to the sleeping aides that were being used and it was taking longer, using more and more of the drugs for MJ to get to sleep.
