Yes, I heard that - I figure she must be longing/jonesing for some "adult time" and needs her privacy. Jeremy would be crazy to leave her alone with those boys again.

Can't continue to wait for the show....they're taking too long and I've got to go to work. Have a good one :seeya:

Whether BL is found or not, life goes on and they have the two boys who need to be focused on too. They have to get back to some type of "normal" for them. Life will never be the same for any of them, no matter what the outcome is, so they need to do what they can do for the boys now.

I'm sure some in the neighborhood will hate that, and the media will love it. JMO.

So DB wants to live in "the Omen house" again. That's odd.

Did something change between her and PN, JI and PN, or PN's status at his house?

Is this something the boys want?

Is this decision related to the emergency custody paperwork filed yesterday by JI's son's mother?

Someone might need to start a new thread for this...

Rasleen Raim, the mother of the 8-year-old boy, filed the petition in Clay County, said attorney Dorothy Savory. It seeks to modify the parents’ child custody and visitation agreement and includes an emergency motion for temporary custody of the boy, Savory said.

“Mrs. Raim has always kept her son … in her thoughts and prayers,” Savory said in a written statement. “Now, more than ever, she is concerned about ‘her baby’s’ comfort and peace of mind. Rasleen misses her son and has always, and will forever, love him.”

The parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin will return to their Northland residence Tuesday.

Joe Tacopina, the New York attorney for Lisa's parents, said they along with Lisa's older half brothers will return to their home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.

The move comes exactly six weeks after Jeremy Irwin called 911 about 4 a.m. Oct. 4 to say that his daughter had been snatched from her crib while sleeping.

Irwin and Lisa's mother, Debbie Bradley, have been primarily staying with Bradley's younger brother, Phil Netz, since they reported Lisa missing. Lisa's first birthday was Friday, which was a day after her two older brothers were re-interviewed about her disappearance.

The couple said three phones were also stolen from their home.

Tacopina told KCTV5 Tuesday that he believes the person who stole the phones also kidnapped Lisa.

Wow! She thinks of her "baby" all the time??? That child has not been a baby for quite some time!!! He is 8 years old!!! A 3rd grader! My son is that age and of course, he will always be my baby, but this goes to show how much this woman actually knows this child.

So she thinks he would be better off if he was taken away from his family that he knows and loves and go live with her, who he barely knows, if at all??? Are you kidding???

And I would love to know why it would have taken her so long to requesst an "emergency" custody change. If the child were in that much danger, why not right after the kidnapping became public? Why not after they first went on TV with the alcohol story out there? Why now? Doesn't seem to be too much of an emergency situation any more.

I am sorry, but my niece, who has lost custody of her 4 boys from 2 different husbands tries to pull this card all the time about her exes being vindictive and took advantage of her with the legal system. The truth is that for whatever reason, she has not seen her own child for years and does not appear to have been fighting for custody all of this time.

JMO-I really hope the courts will see through this woman's motives.

-----------------

I might have missed some discussion on this, and if I did please let me know if the reason this Mom didn't have custody to begin with was ever reported.

I live in a community where it is not uncommon at all for a father to retain primary custody of child(ren) after a divorce. There are a lot of reasons but one of the reasons I hear the most is that because the Mom isn't as financially stable as the father and after much thought and discussion both parents decided it would be best for the child(ren) to remain in the father's home.

(we are military).

I really have no issue with this Mom asking that the custody agreement be revised. All she's doing is asking, a judge will decide what is best for the child. JMHO

ETA: sorry nursie, for some reason the link to the article you had in your post didn't come with---:)

Police say the Tyler's mother put him to bed last night, overslept this morning and reported him missing to police after she awoke.
"There is no way to explain how this child got out of his crib, out of his room and out of the house," said Officer Rick Eckhard of the St. Louis County Police Department.
Police said Tyler's mother and grandmother were the only other adults in the house last night and this morning. Tyler's father lives elsewhere. Police said there was were no signs of anyone breaking into the home and nothing awry inside.
Witnesses told police a man was seen walking along a nearby street with a child wrapped in a blue blanket matching the description of the one in Tyler's crib. The blue blanket had images of stars, footballs, baseballs and soccer balls on it.

Went back to Yahoo and it's gone. Was there some type of rumor this afternoon? No other news source has it. I thought maybe it was in relation to the Saint Louis case - nothing there either.

Lets wait to see if it was someone who knew the mother or a random kidnapper, before we pull out the statistics card. Stats say it's usually a personal related or known to the child. So very sad.

ETA: hoping DB/JI camp doesn't jump on this story, use this babies death to further their case, media coverage and defense of DB/JI. This little baby deserves peace.

Personally, I don't think 4 hours away is all that far away, especially considering it's straight down i70, but I'm sure everyone has different opinions on how how far or near 4 hours is away. I hope that makes sense.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but it seems to me that a reporter has Lisa's case mixed up with someone else's? Or am I wrong? The headline mentions Lisa then talks about someone missing years ago....

Wow. Just wow. And yes, baby Lisa and Katie Seefeldt are entirely different cases. Baby Lisa has nothing to do with the Sibley search.

The sad thing is that its been 7 hours and they still haven't fixed the headline. What a bunch of lame o's

So very heartbroken about little Tyler. RIP.

In his case, there is no sign of forced entry. Witness/neighbors have already been reporting about lots of people "coming and going" from the house that he lived in with his mom and grandma (20 and 42). I hope his mom and grandma are willing to answer questions separately and be completely truthful about who was coming and going - over and over and even if it gets heated with LE (with attorneys or not - fine either way). I hope they love their baby enough to put his justice above anything that might be uncomfortable and/or paint them in a less than stellar light (deservedly or not).

Where is Lisa? Too many missing and deceased babies/children in MO lately (Breeann, Lisa, Tyler). Too many everywhere, but MO seems to be hit particularly hard lately. I hope Lisa is brought home soon...

Sorry for going a little O/T.

Amen! From God's lips to your fingers. These babies deserve all the cooperation from their family members, to bring justice to these poor, helpless, innocent, little babies. I'm glad Tyler was found so soon. I hope and pray Lisa is found soon too. There isn't an excuse in the world for any parent to not cooperate when their baby is missing, or found dead. Such a sad day. Hugs to you, my friend.

Just want to say so far from everything reported the mother and grandmother are still at the police station answering questions. I don't know the details but one reported stated he seen the grandmother (she wouldn't answer the reporters questions besides saying who she was) but he didn't mention seeing the mother so I assume they were separated at that time.

I just woke up (I work overnight shift) and in checking my Yahoo email, saw a news blurb 'body of missing Missouri toddler found'. Looked at my email - three minutes tops - then came here. Nothing. Went back to Yahoo and it's gone. Was there some type of rumor this afternoon? No other news source has it. I thought maybe it was in relation to the Saint Louis case - nothing there either.
I KNOW I did not imagine this - what the heck?

I've seen that happen alot on Yahoo, I totally stay away from their news as often it is pulled as fast as it is published lately. Makes me :waitasec:

Now we have another one year old taken,I wonder if it's a kopycat or someone's going around taking babies. My God in Heaven!

NOT saying he is involved, but IF Dane is found in STL City, he needs to be looked at closely. Have they located Dane yet? Was he not looking for a ride to STL or elsewhere in the state of MO recently?

The two cases may not be related, but I think it is too early to rule out the possibility too. MOO :twocents: and all that jazz.

I'm pretty sure that was for the little boy (same age as Lisa) who was taken in St Louis/Afton.
