I won't comment much, it is so familiar a story and so horribly sad. It must be hell for some of these kids in little towns in the Bible Belt.

Hope no one takes offense. I have noticed in the past that there have been many killers who come from extremely religious households and had extremely religious parent(s). Some are themselves are very religious. I don't know if any such study on it. I know some of the biggest mass murder events in America were driven by religion like 9/11 or Jonestown.
