Tonawanda Thompson was in the late stages of pregnancy when she was found shot in her car. She and her unborn child later died at the hospital. She was a third-grade teacher, and a car with IL plates is being sought. (Richmond is in far EASTERN IN and so a car on city streets with IL plates stood out to someone.)
