That person was born in 1964. Our unclaimed was born in 1941

How did you figure out that guy was 1964? I just looked again and didn't see a date. Share your secrets! ;)

In this case the answer is simple, Raine posted the birth date in the heading of the forum 1941. Look above. See always uses the same format, date of birth first (if known) and then date of death.

Also it is a good idea to become a member of claims.org. There's a link on the website. You can see more details about the case (sometimes).
