federal inmate, imprisoned for trying to influence sentencing testimony in a bank fraud case, has been indicted for threatening a federal judge in Ohio and a former prosecutor.
U-S Attorney Gregory Van Tatenhove says Anthony Erpenbeck Senior tried to arrange the murders of U-S District Judge S. Arthur Spiegel and former assistant U-S Attorney Kathleen Brinkman, who is now retired.
He said Erpenbeck also threatened to kidnap family members of an F-B-I agent.
