This is such great news!
I hope his mother's murderer left enough evidence for LE to solve this case. To take away this poor baby's mommy is horrible! :furious:

Justin Black gave his grandfather Ralph Black a small high-five and a hug after the kidnapped 16-month-old toddler was found in Mexico and returned safely by FBI agents on Friday night, relatives and FBI agents said.
The Ruidoso boy, who had been the subject of a binational search since Sunday, was found safe in Durango, Mexico, the FBI announced on Friday -- hours after the boy's mother, Kristi Black, was laid to rest in El Paso...
Black, 19, and Justin had been inseparable, said relatives who were feeling a mix of sorrow and elation on Friday, the end of a week of worry and sleepless nights. On Friday night, Justin, accompanied by FBI agents, was reunited with his grandfather at an area airport, Anderson said...

The family of 16-month-old Justin Black, although elated he was found safe Friday, are frustrated that they probably won't get to see him until Monday at the earliest, said Charlene Anderson, the aunt of Justin's mother, Kristi Black.
Late Friday, Justin was reunited with his grandfather Ralph Black, but was quickly taken into the custody of Child Protective Services in New Mexico...
"We haven't seen him yet," Anderson said. "It's frustrating. He's been through enough, and he needs to be with his family. We know he's safe, but it's the waiting game all over again..."
Justin "was kind of tired, but once he heard (familiar) voices, he perked his head up," Anderson said. "He gave his grandpa a high five, then they (Child Protective Services) took him away, and now he's back with strangers..."

... FBI agents say for the last several days Justin Black was being taken care of in Mexico. Agent Bill Elwell wouldn't release who the child was staying with, but did say he was likely never in harms way...
Sources tell KRQE News 13's that Villa possibly re-crossed the border back into the U.S. wasn't planning on staying in the states.
They say villa probably used that to trick authorities and crossed back into Mexico, so police would search for him in the U.S. and not south of the border. The 16-month-old boy was brought back to the U.S. by Mexican authorities...
