CHANDLER - Police on Monday were no closer to identifying who left the body of a newborn baby in the septic water of a portable outhouse over the weekend.
Police say they have not received a tip since a construction worker found the body Saturday in a residential area under construction southeast of Gilbert and Ocotillo roads.
"Up to this point, we have more questions than answers and are frustrated that no one has come forward with information about the infant or the infant's mother," Sgt. Mark Franzen said.
