A man currently serving time for rape has pleaded guilty to raping and killing a woman nearly 20 years ago.

Prosecutors in Rensselaer County said Rae Kellar, 43, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the killing of Diana Deso on August 20, 1987.

God Bless the man that invented DNA. It is getting some of the worthless scum off the streets. It may take years, but at least they are finding them one at a time.
