released sex offenders like GPS monitoring brutal child murders like this are going to increase in frequency.

Botton line, they should NEVER be released! Therapy is a joke, offenders only learn to put up a better facade and talk the talk. Anyone can parrot what they are taught. They simply can not walk the walk. They NEVER are truly accountable for their actions, they all blame others. Perhaps they are right, it's the fault of the judical system for ever releasing them back into a child filled unsuspecting society.

After reading the blog and his entrys about his encrypted secret blog, I am convinced that his frustration and anger at being labeled and to conform drove him to kill. Seems to me LWOP would be doing them and society a favor.

The constitution needs an overhaul! Laws need to catch up to what we know about freaks like him.

BTK also thought it was some how society's fault....
He says...

"I just know it's a dark side of me. It kind of controls me. I personally think it's a - and I know it is not very Christian - but I actually think it's a demon that's within me. ... At some point and time it entered me when I was very young," said Rader, who was once president of his Lutheran church.
Rader, 60, said his problems began in grade school, with his sexual fantasies that were "just a little bit weirder" than other people's.

"Somewhere along the line, someone had to pick something up from me somewhere that there was a problem," he said. "They should have identified it."
