I found this site in a round-about way from some of his postings on the 'net years back.

Click on the thumbnail images and LOOK at this guy's face. It is Duncan. This page is from 4/2001.

When I was in highschool, like many curious young men, I snuck into the girls locker room to have a look around. Except I wasn't interested in seing naked girls as much as I was in trying on their clothes. I took a swimsuit out of the lost and found bin and put it on the first chance I got. These images reflect the memories of that curiosity (which is a serious crime these days).More images:
Most people who read this will think I'm either fantasizing, just wishing, or plain making this up. But, that's okay...I know it's true! I was arrested at the tender age of 16 for seriously assaulting another boy my own age. I was sentenced as an adult and sent to Walla Walla State Penitentiary (WSP). It wasn't long after I arrived that I was living with a big black man named "Big-Al" who took good care of me and shared me with all his friends. The images you see here are dedicated to those memories.

It appears that Big Al (Allen Parks) was his "mentor" in more ways than one, from what he wrote on this site.

My heart goes out to the Groene family (and family of the boyfriend) and to sweet Shasta. I don't know how anyone can overcome being with such a sick monster, but she's a tough little girl, and if anyone can she hopefully will. Breaks my heart :(

Another thing, a minor point. Duncan didn't "seriously [assault]" a boy his own age. Rape at gunpoint isn't assault, but notice he says the boy was his own age. Two years, as I remember, is a big deal at that age. More diminishing his crimes while at the same time being proud of them.

Sick monster.

During that time, he smoked marijuana, handled a gun in violation of his parole, became sexually involved with his male community sponsor and had a relationship with a married woman who was "helping him explore his feminine side by helping him with transsexual fantasies." That woman had two young children with whom Duncan apparently was left alone, in violation of the conditions of his parole, according to the documents.

Exactly! My jaw is sore and I have a headache from clenching my teeth while reading his trash. I think this flies in the face of his "repentant and reformed" crap he wrote on his blog.

If anyone wants to read what he wrote without going to the site for fear of seeing the images, I'll post the blurbs here. But, I think what he wrote is actually more sick than the images, FWIW...

I think the links should stay as the warning is there and it DOES relate to this case. I hope someone is cacheing (I have no clue the term--just guessing) the site in case it does go poof.

I clicked once but I can't click again. Afraid my eyes might burn up. So, if someone wants to post the writing, please do. I am sure there are others who just can't stomach the pics.

I LOVE the idea of sending this out to all the news sources and LE. I think it is important for them to get a full look at this sick psychotic POS.

I can't even think about this case for more than a few minutes at a time without getting all teared up and wanting to hug little Shasta and feed POS Duncan to the jackals and vultures, if they'd have 'im.

I was always expected to know everything that was going on, and I usually did since I had so many people around me all the time. I heard about every little thing. I served an important social role, not just sexual, inside the institution."

¤"If I wanted to be a little discrete I would sometimes wrap a towel around myself like this picture shows. I would fold it in half of course to make it as short as possible to show off my sexy legs. Occasionally I would wear a towel like this to the day room with nothing on underneath, so guys could bend me over real quick and "get some.""

¤"The caption on this picture says it all. I can't tell you how many men have seen this view in person. I've tried to count how many different men have been inside me and I always loose count somewhere around 40 or 50. I'm surprised that I never caught any diseases!" I would normally never think to go after anyone's mother and I don't think I am serious about this. But there is part of me that is. Anyone else so frustrated that they just don't know what they think?
I'm pretty sure his mother knows of his "twisted" perversions from his siblings, or other sources.

Remember, his mother visited him and stayed for a time where he supposedly was under treatment.

Just my :twocents:Well, you know, I have seen lots of families in court and I always feel sorry for them that they have some loser in the family and I usually think it is the right thing to do to try to support a loved one in peril. But Lillian Duncan's statement after he called her and told he he was "remorseful"? What? She said she doesn't know what he has done but he is still her son and she loves him. I am trying to put on her shoes and I just cannot. I would cut this monster loose. Maybe seeing these pictures and his remarks would help her to do that.

Being gay, transsexual, or a transvestite doesn't make you or mean that you are a child molester or murderer. I just wish that JED had been so busy dressing up and taking his picture that he wouldn't have had time to plot to kill and rape.True, Sofia, true. But sending him to prison for life is no kind of deprivation when he is able to have sex with anyone and any thing. He would like it too much unless he is in a box all by himself all the time. I would have been content with LWOP if he seemed miserable, but this stuff convinced me he can find a way to enjoy himself anywhere and with anyone. He needs to be punished. If that means the death penalty is the only way to do it, fine.

As for proof, one thing that seals it for me (other than his ugly mug) is the commentary. It matches his "life story" as well as the use of the name "JET".

I kind of see what your saying, except that on the bottom part of the picture on the jet website, the person in the image is wearing a hat or turban of some kind. I've been trying to figure out the picture for days. If you roll the cursor over the bottom part, we know it says "Numbers tell tales", but if you roll the cursor over the top part it says "Who is this?" I keep thinking the identity of the image and the numbers are connected.

If you got into the mind of most of the 550,000 or so previously convicted sex offenders and the millions yet to be convicted you would find just this kind of thing. The internet has given them a way to share and for the rest of us to observe. I have been in prison cells (not as a resident by the way) where most of the inmates are dressed much like Mr. Duncan is in his postings. Duncan has just brought what is normal for a couple million or so folks to a computer screen near you.You know, it isn't Duncan the slut that bothered me. Thanks for the link, Hammerized - great sleuthing, indeed!! Two thumbs up to you! The more dirt we can get on this sicko, hopefully the harsher the sentence will be. I agree with Cowgirl that prison alone isn't a punishment for him because he will enjoy being someone's "Queen". DP all the way for this monster!!!

I just pray that Shasta will have all the support and therapy that she needs to be able to overcome the horrific and traumatic things she witnessed and endured. I cannot imagine the fear and pain she must've felt, my heart feels so heavy for her, and all the other victims of child molestation.

We need harsher punishments, and I just found out that my state (MI) is one of the most apathetic on child sex laws. It was on Bill O'Reilly's show, but I couldn't find the maps that they showed when I went to his online site. We need to email our congressmen and women and let them know that we want stricter/harsher/longer sentences for convicted sex offenders.

However, when I scrolled down, there were posts made by someone who just loaded a bunch of disgusting links on this blog. I don't have anyway of knowing whether the blog's content would have attracted someone to post these links but I do know on our personal blog we had an incident where someone posted tons of poker links on our site under the comments section. The blog and the links could be connected but they really may not be related at all. I will tell you that some of the titles of the links were VERY disturbing to me but thankfully there weren't any gross pics on the site.

I couldn't find anything related to jetd on the page but admittedly I was going through it pretty quickly. For anyone else who googles it and is afraid to click on the link, there aren't any graphic pics or anything like that so I think it's safe to go and just look at the blog.

Comparing his blog to this site- in the blog he sounds as though he hated prison, yet in this site he seems to be bragging about how successful he was there and how much he enjoyed it. Quite a contrast!
If anybody wanted to have fun, the place to send the links to would be to friends of Big Al. When guys get out of prison they tend to lead a somewhat different life. Big Al may actually be hetero or trying to live as a hetero. The info from jet paints a different picture of him. Wonder what Big Al's friends would think if they saw jet's view of him?

As far as who "took them down" these were sent to various news outlets last night. I am sure someone reported them to one LE agency or another. The first thing they would do is contact the site owners and I am sure as soon as they were told that this was a criminal, they took them down on their own to cooperate with the police. I don't see any mystery there!

As far as how they got there, they were obviously done by Duncan. He had all the fancy video and camera equipment and talked in his blog about using cameras, etc. And they were done in his apartment--same drapes and couch! The site was set up for gays and anyone who wanted to could set up a page there. If you click on it now, it gives the logo "PrideSites" and it says "Free Gay Adult Webpage and Website Hosting Service" so that freaks can post their nasty crap. It was not a place to post comments.

There are millions of sites where very life like computer images of children are used to depict sex with children. There are child porn sites, there are pornographic stories that describe violent fantasies of raping children. I am a frequent visitor of a site called "better a millstone" which has been campaining to destroy Nambla for years. I have read and seen things there that will invade my dreams forever.
Be very careful people because all it has done is convince me that just below the surface we have VERY evil people living in every communtiy. am super protective of my children and the nightmeres I have often cause me to wake up vomiting. In one particular story a man fantasized in detail about performing oral sex on one of his sons 9 yr old sleepover friends. Mind you, this was a fantasy supposedly, so it could legally be posted. I can not allow my 8 and 6 yr old boys to sleep at other's houses after reading that. Why? Because a great deal of the story was him joking about how his wife and the circle of friends they have at CHURCH would never suspect he was interested in "seducing"(his words) all of their"pretty little boys". I was so repulsed by that story, yet I know there are probably a million other creeps just like him.
I guess my hyper vigilance has just caused me to be that much more stressed. The sad thing is, the ACLU ,and Nambla ,and sites that cater to these sexual perverts have more rights than I do.
Sadly there are enough perverts out there willing to post and read these gross things , that my opinions get snuffed immediatly.
I guess what this rambling post boils down to(sorry) , is that if this stuff genuinely surprises you, be glad this is the first time you are privy to such a living monster in our society.....and be careful that you don't shock and awe yourself into being haunted by what you see.It's out there, and frankly JET's pics were nothing compared to what you can find.

I am not surprised at all about the depravity online. After the Michael Jackson case and learning about BoyChat and NAMBLA, I have no surprises left. What I am surprised at is that Duncan left that gay-gag site up knowing he was leaving town. I am surprised he left that little girl alive, and I am surprised that there are so many adults in denial about these monsters that they are continually surprised and that they think this one wacko has done all the other murders.

Wouldn't it be nice if he were the only one?

I have already contacted all the counties in my local area, and now looking into the counties for each state to see how long it takes before the information on these predators are released once they have been put in our areas....

I sure hope there is No TIME LAPSE by any LE ageny (don't know the procedure of providing this information to the public) and/orcommunity to get the word out before, NOT AFTER, before a predator is relased from prison, or once he is residing in that area....

IT does not mean it can stop violent unspeakable acts like this, but it sure can put some kind of BIG DENT in making our communities aware right away
for our children and the communities safety.

It's SUMMERTIME, the kids are out, and EVERY DAY of every minute of our lives, we HAVE To know and keep up with this information on a Daily basis.

I am doing my part on my end, and I know everone else here in their community will too....Get the word out please, and PROTECT OUR FUTURE.

If any LE is understaffed in any city, it needs to be our job to volunteer our time and get the word out that somone has entered our area.

I have already volunteered my time to start a program in my area, and will be organizing this together with my sister in law....for our state.

I'm with you Cowgirl, it would be nice if he were the only one, but he isn't. I just read the thread about Dylan giving Shasta the I love you signal in the tape, and I am so numb and disturbed right now I can hardly think. Another vision to wake me up vomiting. I feel so much for those cops who have to view those video's for their jobs.I am an ER nurse, one rape kit on a child changes you forever, I can't imagine having to watch that tape.

I am going to have to stop for a while today.I can hear my kids giggling in their room playing resteraunt, and they are calling me to come and see. I feel like Dylan was so cheated, and his surviving sister......they will not play resteraunt, or hunt for lightening bugs, or look for frogs again. There is so much wrong about that , that I can't even begin to explain.

I must find a balance, because right now I don't want to let my kids go to school, or church,or play outside,or even leave my house......that is wrong as well. They deserve to live life to the fullest, I just have to figure out how to let them do that without them getting hurt or destroyed by one of these freaks. I believe in God, maybe I'll just put it in his hands. That is where I have to believe little Dylan is right now, with God, and his mom and brother and the angels.

As a child, i was very angry with my mother for never allowing me to go to sleepovers at friends' homes. i absolutely couldn't understand her stupidity and overprotectiveness.

30 or so years later, now i understand . . . :doh:Floh, maybe I am older than you, but we would leave the house on a summer morning and my mother would holler for us for lunch. We went swimming in the afternoon and she might see us again around supper time. We locked our door at night, but it was open all day and if someone forgot to lock it, no big deal. Once we had a peeping tom in the neighborhood, the cops arrested him, and that was that. Things have changed. I am sure we had some perverts, but we didn't have as many. And they didn't have camcorders to be able to do something like this guy did. I dunno, this was before people put razor blades in Halloween apples. This was before kids were being grabbed left and right. Or was it just that we didn't hear about it? I just don't know what the answer is. Poor little Shasta. I just ache to hug the child, and then I cringe to think how unwelcome a stranger's touch would be to her. I just don't know.

To be honest, Cowgirl, i think we just didn't hear as much about paedophiles way back when. but my mother had her suspicions and that was that. and i think she was probably right.

i was allowed to be off for the day until mid evening, but not ever was i allowed to stay anywhere overnight, even when she knew the family.

this was Britain thru the 60s and most of the 70s i'm referring to.

I think he's got my state, Illinois, in the wrong category. It's grouped with "states currently considering new tough laws." If I'm not very much mistaken, those new tough laws were recently passed by our legislature and signed into effect by our governor, so we should be in the "tough" group now. :)

I think one of the things that I have found the most disturbing after working

for the Idaho Dept.Of Corrections for seven years is the sheer numbers of people we have incarcerated for sex crimes.
They are crimes difficult to uncover, difficult to prosecute.
Idaho compared to most states doessnt have a lot of people but when you look at the numbers think of percentages and realise how many more offenders must still be out there....
One thing we have to remember though, its ok to research and keep track of this kind of stuff but dont let it have a deliterious effect on your life.
I have children and every new revelation disturbs me but any compromised night of sleep Duncan's evil gives you is a victory for him he doesnt deserve.Dont give it to him.
This is a profoundly disturbing case and more revelations are going to surface.
But im with you: 'Better a Millstone'. his day will come.

He offers to allow this monster to live in his home in the Fargo area with him and his wife and two victim-aged kids and support this guy, and also tells the parole board that he is bisexual. Isn't that bizarre? A pediatrician! He must have really had the hots for this monster!

I'll just bet Mrs P. Wackman has wrapped her whole life around this man... they have two kids together, although someone earlier pointed out the children may be grown by now. They have been husband and wife, worked together perhaps, moved around the country started over in new locations a number of times. I think she is aware of his sexual leanings but probably tolerates what she doesn't want to see and loves him inspite of it all. When they left Fargo I think from the reading I did in JED's blog it sounded like they endured community retribution on some level and I believe wanted to leave the situation behind them and try to start over in Florida.

Love? Lust? Shared perversions? What?I think it is hard to tell about marriages. Maybe she didn't know, and maybe she did. It is kind of hard to imagine she didn't know he was bi if he was that forthcoming about it, said his wife was in agreement about having Duncan come and stay with them, and all of this just weeks or months at the most after they met. Someone mentioned that sometimes there are bi couples. I briefly wondered what that would mean...they both go both ways? Well, I guess that means they could both enjoy a relationship with Duncan since he goes any way at all.

None of the perversions of these people surprises me though. What surprises me is a professional man, a doctor and pediatrician, who would like (lust) someone that much that soon that he would throw away a practice for him. He had to know his open bisexuality would kill his practice. His wife may have decided to become a pharmacist for that very reason. Doctors are expected to act a certain way in our society and the ones that deal with kids, all the more so. I would bet that the move to Florida related to the mess they were left with in Fargo.

They have two kids together but who knows what their marriage is. Bisexual, to me, means confused. I could be wrong, but indiscrimate sex after you are married means it is not a conventional marriage. And for Wacksman to go out on a limb for some punk of an excon--there is something wrong there. Something more is going to surface before all this is over. Perhaps the good doctor or his wife liked their boy-toy until they saw their boy-toy looking at their kids funny? That might cause them to hit the road too.

If he went before the parole board with his wife to try and talk them into allowing Duncan to stay with his family, odds are very good the parole board asked HER a question or two as well, and didn't like the answers they got. Hence the wording of their refusal. I have no doubt this woman knew her husband's sexual preference back then.
