Police Investigate Case of Missing Children

Police on Tuesday asked for the public's help in finding six children last seen at the Mall of America on Sunday evening.

Police said the two oldest children, ages 14 and 13, took the four youngest, ages 5, 3, 2 and 1 to the suburban mall by bus. Police said at least one of the teens had run away in the past.

The kids have been found safe. Who would let two young teens take 4 kids from 1 year old to 5 years old to the Mall of America on the bus? I am 38 years old and I don't think I could handle 4 kids that young on a bus and in the mall, LOL.

Thank goodness the kids are okay... the parents need a time out and a talking to! :nono:

I watch my "one" child like a hawk at the mall.. can't imagine letting young children be supervised in a large place like Mall of America by other children.

Guess what, I have 4 kids and we don't go to the mall anymore, any mall, at ALL. It quit being safe for me AT ALL when #3 came. No way. Our elementary school has a Holiday Workshop kids can by some sweet little presents at, we went to the Christmas party the fire department had, Santa visited. The mall quit being enjoyable for me a very long time ago.

I took my two to the MOA last year when they were 4 and 5, and I was EXHAUSTED afterward. Oh, and my brother and his wife were with us. One of the boys decided to play a game of hide and seek with us by LEGO World and that was a moment of panic for me.

Yeah, we haven't been back since.

"Dedrick Addison, the father of the four children, left them in the care of the teens when he went to church on Sunday, police said."
What, he couldn't take them to church with him?

"Dedrick Addison said he knew that, but asked Daidii to watch his children anyway -- as he had known her for more than three years. He said he had just met Harris, who lives near Daidii in south Minneapolis. "
This guy need a brain transplant IMO. He had no idea what these teenagers were going to do with his kids. I hope somebody investigates him.
