CA - Yamile Aguilar, 4, & Viridiana Urias, 16, Shafter, 6 Sept 2005

Police officials say 30-year-old Hugo Aguilar abducted his 4-year-old daughter Yamile Aguilar and his 16-year-old stepdaughter, Viridiana Urias.

Investigators believe Aguilar is heading to Mexico. Aguilar is driving a gray 1987 Pontiac Grand AM with California license plate number 2ESZ563. He currently has an unrelated felony warrant for his arrest.

Search Continues For Missing Sisters

Authorities continue to search for two sisters who disappeared five years ago from their home in shafter. Yadira Urias who is now 19 years old, said she last saw her sisters, Viridiana Urias, then 15 years old, and Yamile Aguilar, who was 4 years old, on September 06, 2005. Hugo Garcia Aguilar, the suspect, dropped them off at school that day. “It was strange for him to drop us off, but I didn’t think anything of it,” said Urias. Later she suspected something was wrong when her mother, Luz Espinoza, was waiting for her outside of school. That’s when Urias found out both of her sisters were missing.
