A man is expected to enter a plea on child pornography charges.
Investigators say Benjamin Sigman admitted to having the material during an interview to become a Cincinnati Police Officer.
After Sigman confessed in April, police say they not only cut the interview short, they also served a search warrant on his Fairview neighborhood apartment.
Inside, police say they discovered photos and videotapes they believe shows child porn. Officers also found a sawed-off shotgun.
