In a private message a poster had told me about being careful and I don't plan on trying to contribute anything further anyway but this poster pointed me to a link for a story about this case on Steve's blog and she wanted me to see it. It just cheered me up to see someone else going to bat and trying to help in a positive way and do what he's good at but all night here I am constantly reminded of this great group and some very positive results we have achieved together, worked restlessy towards a common goal often together, I think about the many talents and abilities I've seen from you guys so the logical thing for me to do was make contact with the detectives and see if they could benefit by picking my brain or them knowing if I could be of help in any way tell me I'm willing.

I wanna use this thread as a seperate topic for ideas suggestions anything at all if there is anything at all possible lets put it here and go from there just for the sake of justice and Imette and give her some nobility in death.

Now that it looks like these guys got it back on track wouldn't it be nice to send anonymous e-mails congratulating them or complementing them on a good job just to show support and acknowledge their achievements. Nothing stupid just let them know that we care about justice. They have to be on the up and up and so meticulous in their procedures so much more that have to prove and guys like this try and use their hard work and efforts against them it's gotta feel a little good to win one for the good guys. Here's a link send a note for anyone that wants to.

You can tell where the reporters are getting their info now. Press reports are much better and promising. The drugs, money, beatings I'd like to see them get in there too for the prostitute and druggie types he's always exploited. A tip line might hekp with that but I know he's multi-state functional but I assume he's mostly been active in New York for the more recent crimes.

I wanted to send them my encouragement and thanks, but I can't figure out where on the site to do that. Can you help me?

TIA

ETA: And thank YOU for your insight into this case as well!

They have extensive websites with so much it is a mess to sort so I'm gonna try and put the exact page link up here to make it a clickable link so it's easy.

http://www.nyc.gov/html/nypd/html/phone.html

That's it, click right at the top where it says e-mail. The manhattan district that worked this case is the 75th precinct but also the detectives division and from what I was told they put everyone into it so I'd just say thanks to the whole dept. it was a team effort.

Strach,

Thanks so much for that info. I think it is important to give kudos to LE when they have performed in such a professional manner with regard to this case. I hope LE around the country (and elsewhere....ummmm like...oh I don't know....ARUBA?!!!) takes note! :woohoo:

I was thinking the same thing. NYPD does a great job. Local jurisdictions should take note. There are creeps everywhere. Look at the case in Alabama with the two umm deviants that have two children in their midst that are abused and probably stolen. Look at Tara Grinstead! Lots of clues but a cold case now.

I am so proud of them because often times hard-line criminals like this stay on the street because even the Police can be intimidated and corrupted so when they go to bat they need to know they have the honest citizens support. Now they are digging they are seeing first hand I know of which I speak and these kinds of criminals hit every area of the community not just with the drug dealing and murders of each other but you see what he did for personal pleasure? Our daughters, LE's daughters the community as a whole suffers. Imette is a perfect example of what I represent and have two daughters just like her that could just as easily be victims.
