Ok so Derrick's lawyer made a statement today that he has no history of violence of any kind towards women. I happen to know differently so I just want opinions here about that. If there is someone out there that can say he's sexually sadistic as in bondage, erotic asphyxiation, physical torture, blindfolded and gagged as examples would that be important?

Of course it would, at least I think it would.

If you are saying that his partner(s) in that type of sexual activity did not consent to it - then yes - it's definitely important.

However - suppose his lawyer were to find out about Derrick and this type of behavior - wouldn't he just backtrack and say that he means that no one has ever filed charges against him for this type of behavior?? Defense lawyer-speak is just that - just defense lawyer-speak. You can't take it as the truth (think: Mark Geragos!)

However - if the police or one of the newspapers were to find out about it - they would probably be interested in knowing about it.

I can't imagine that he would have had very many willing submissive partners since he is a rapist murderer who probably wouldn't have stopped at the right time or without injury. Just imagine that poor 15 year old girl and what he did to her. He is a sadist.

strach,
You may want to call the detectives back again. I would think the profiler or whatever you call the person they work with ,would want to know any pertinent info as to what makes this guy click. Good luck

I agree. If what you describe is known for sure, the woman/women who have had this experience with Littlejohn definitely need to speak with detectives. All information that can be provided as to his MO will be helpful.

This guy must be very clever. I surely hope that he does not get away with this murder. It seems like he was very well prepared and knows how to clean up a crime scene.

I thought so too that's why I was asking you guys, make sure I wasn't cracking up. Another thing I told them to consider is the reason why he doesn't have any past charges for sex crimes can probably be attributed to the type victim he chooses so in Imettes case that's why she had to die. Now who knows how many more could actually be traced back to him if they would just look. Noone ever has and anytime they investigate a suspect for a sex crime they are looking for a history of it so he's never come up in that respect with other investigations. I just think that there are quite a few he didn't kill but I also believe there are more that he did. Another thing that has helped him so far is because he spreads it out multi-state and then on top of that he hits areas where there's already a high crime rate.
