It's a channel 2 news exclusive. He is sitting down with one of the reporters. If I'm not eating dinner at the time I will type it as it goes on, if I am then I will give a recap.

The channel 2 WCBS-TV New York website is located wcbstv (http://wcbstv.com/)
"Tonight at 6 (EST)
Watch our exclusive jail-house interview with Darryl Littlejohn, the Manhattan bouncer accused of murdering grad student Imette St. Guillen."
Don't know if they have a live stream or if they will supply the interview as a video after it plays at 6.

Is he stupid or what? Trapped rat in a corner I think, can't wait to see what he has to say, might have something to say myself. I'll be watching for sure.

I posted this on the wrong thread before, so I'm going to put it here too:
OK they gave a little taste. He admits that he did escort her out at closing time. They are saying coming up at 6 we will hear from Littlejohn if he killed her or not. I'm guessing he said he didn't.

He said he cooperated in the beginning but once they started pointing the finger at him that's when he asked for counsel. He would not discuss his blood found on the plastic ties that were binding Imette's hands. He said he did not kill Imette (of course I knew he would say that) I might have missed some of the interview because I was helping the baby. However, there is going to be more on the 11:00 news, but I doubt I'll be up for that.

He also said that he willingly gave his DNA. I thought that he had refused and that they got his DNA off of utensils that he used to eat Chinese food that they purchased for him.

There are a few observations I made while watching the interview video.
- Littlejohn appears to have a slight lisp.
- His eyes on a couple of occasions rolled up to the top of his head.
http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/HPJack/littlejohn_cbsintvu_mar21-0.jpg
- When asked the question "Did you cooperate with the police investigation?" Littlejohn shakes his head as if to visually say 'no' while verbally answering "I cooperated fully. Even before I was placed under arrest, I went to the 75th Precinct voluntarily."
- Says he voluntarily gave his DNA (contrary to press reports)
- Says he voluntarily turned himself in. (not sure this is entirely true)

The second part of the interview is up now. I didn't notice anything special, maybe others will.
Actual interview portion starts about halfway through.

I also thought of Mike Tyson when I heard him speak. As IBNora said, he was shaking his head "no" but saying "yes" to the question of cooperating with police. I tend to believe the nonverbal answer.
He looks even scarier than his pictures.

Psychologist: Littlejohn's Behavior Speaks Volumes (http://cbs4boston.com/health/local_story_082170446.html)
(CBS4) BOSTON Stress in all of us increases the amount of times we blink our eyes. It's like a lie detector test -- only without all the heavy equipment.
CBS4's T.J. Winick showed the exclusive WCBS interview to a local expert, who believes it's Darryl Littlejohn's behavior, and not his voice, which speaks volumes.

I actually got something from that Indigomood, thanks for posting. I don't usually put much faith in the behavior analysis I see like how so many over did it with SP imo but this guy is head on imo with the eyes as the strongest indicator in DL's case I would say. My impression of his voice was he was soft spoken but sounded prissy and at one time he did seem intelligent, calm and cool type character and very personable. His eyes were what always gave him away to me, it's almost a constant stare or glare even and a sense that no matter what he's doing talking or not the wheels are turning. He's a watcher, quiet observer and I have to say that guy hit it head on when he said he's not a feeler he's a controller and doesn't display emotion. It looks to me like age and drugs (possibly) brought him down because he isn't very articulate in that video and something is definitely wrong with his eyes, then again don't these types escalate in time to a deranged degree?

Some of the neighbors said that he is soft spoken and articulate, but he didn't sound articulate in the interview. Maybe littlejohn is playing dumb to a point because he seems pretty stupid. He does look cold and eyes scanning back and forth, and up and down like a predator unless he has some health condition causing that scanning, like MS.

Or the reptilian gaze.....
http://www.geocities.com/lycium7/psychofacts.html
Dr. Robert Hare wrote in his book Without Conscience (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1572304510/psychopathsorsoc), that psychopaths often make very intense eye contact, or have unusually piercing eyes. Other researchers have also mentioned the "reptilian gaze" of the psychopath, resembling that of a predator about to consume his or her prey. Victims of the psychopath also often refer to the "laser beam" stare.
Strangely enough, women often confuse this gaze with sexuality, and find it attractive. Many films depicting seductive yet immoral creatures such as vampires, often depict the vampire as having a very strong, psychopathic stare. Some psychologists have compared the psychopath to the vampire, or state that the psychopath has a "vampiric personality" or lifestyle, as well as being parasitic.

I think your assessment is better than the one the "expert" gave. Because the expert went onto say he wasn't stressed, but, nervous, they mean about the same thing in some instances. I think they did make good points about eye and head movements because I thought that was more due to being nervous (or stressed), rather then a non-verbal indication of yes or no.

Wow! I really like all this info it's so informative and states alot of what I have observed but found hard to articulate myself. After watching the video I'm pretty sure DL got to that crazed out of control state where he's losing his mental faculties now compared to what he was like about 10 years ago. Strangely enough long before I saw that video the things I have described about him seemed so fresh in my mind because once you know someone like this you don't easily forget them. I think he's a text book case (?) of a sadistic psychopath with obvious predator mannerisms if you are able to observe him as he does his prey.
That pic of SP shows exactly what the professionals mean and we too have seen where they think they are so smooth they can't stand it when they are exposed and the rest of us see them for what they are. They SP, DL, etc. aren't in control and start to unravel. The type victim they choose is indicative in my mind of their true predatory nature as well.

I see this in alot of pictures of psychopaths...anyone else notice this anomaly?Ted Bundy didn't seem to have any peculiar facial expressions to me, he actually came off with a quite normal demeoner. I think SP looks like he needs a drool bib. He just has such stupid facial expressions.
Did you see the interview with Robert Chambers on the discovery channel? He has got to be one of the most controlled, cool, stoic people i've yet to be seen interviewed. He doesn't bat an eyelash, he seems to have his BS story down pat, and not one emotion can be detected.

I remember all the comments (in general, here and elsewhere) about how exotic LJ looked and the early on speculation that he would not commit a rape because he was so goodlooking.
I thought he was absolutely ugly and have a hard time believing a woman could find him attractive. Seeing the video I wanted to vomit.

Wasn't Andrew Luster fairly good-looking and rich to boot? He drugged and raped lots of women. So was Alex Kelly for that matter.

I agree it should not have anything to do with raping a person, I can not remember exactly where but I read it several places from here to different blogs and forums thinking he was so exotic looking "like a model" that he would not rape but this seems like it was a couple of weeks ago.
It struck me as odd when those comments were made.

yes cammy-g, i read that too that he was thought to be ''good looking'' and'' not a bad looking guy'' and that he was ''good looking ''. this was when his photo was first shown in the media as a person of interest. i remember at first glance i felt a chill looking at his eyes, then fear and repulsion . when bundy was featured there were alot of photos of him at different times in his life. he was usually smiling or giving a sexy grin.. but if you see some of the later photos of him AFTER he is indicted and when he is speaking to lawyers or when he is cuffed and shackled his eyes are truly the eyes of a stone cold sociopath. his mask had fallen away. littlejohn probably had that same sexy grin when he was strutting his stuff in his ninja suit a real legend in his own mind. he even chose the alias johnny handsome.

Thanks from me, too. I'd like to find the book you mentioned. I always look at the eyes when I see these killers on the television programs or internet. Seems like some have really wide open crazy looking eyes, eyes that have an odd glare to them, or just dark and dead looking like Peterson's. None of them seem to have normal emotions showing in their eyes when they talk like everyone else. I think Gary Ridgeway looked the most like a predator animal in his eyes.

I had a similar reaction to those kinds of posts about Scott Peterson. I think he looked much better after he went to prison but still not good enough imo.
Eww! Yuck! :slap:
I agree with ya all the way though Darlin. In the 2003 mugshot he looks down right mean and in the interview he looks down right crazy to me but it was around 9 or 10 years since I had seen him and even then he had a great physique but I never found him to be attractive either.

Check out his left eye though....see what I mean...or am I the only one that sees that there is something different than the right eye? You can only see this in "still" pictures it seems to me, I don't think anyone meeting the guy live face to face would be able to tell.....
