I read this on your web site before logging in here. This is very interesting and sad that the murder remains unsolved so many years later. It seems these are two unrelated cases and, as you stated, the perpetrator in the NC case would have only been 17yrs old at the time of the Colorado killings. Hopefully it will be solved some day...
