 All this time I knew something was on my mind and could never pin-point it. She said" I realized I needed light, so I turned on the switch" I am quoteing Darlie from an interview she gave a supporter ,from her jail while wearing a white jumpsuit and sounding all sad and what not.
Now I have read here , and in books that the jewelry was out in sight, a check a wallet etc. I ALWAYS said to myself, in her defense," well it wasnt stolen because the lights were off as she said , so he couldnt see the stuff to steal."
Bingo...... :croc:  so how the heck did "he" see to go kill those little boys, who got on her nerves on a constant basis, and see to run away so cleverly , when she was stumbling around in the dark in her own home which was familar territory to her as she built the house and walked those floors day and night .:bang: He came into an overcrowded garage without a flashlight? went to the correct room, no light? slaughtered those babies dead on target? grooped her boobs or whatever, slashed her then ran away into a dark kitchen and out the door no light at all, but She needed a light turned on. I am glad I had the fortitude to keep reading and thinking.

That's an easy one, Delores. The intruder used a cigarette lighter to illuminate the garage. I'm not kidding, a supporter told me that about five years ago. A cigarette lighter, for crying out loud!
In fact, it might be the same supporter who came up with the bloody chicken story. Can't remember exactly, but it fits...desperation breeds wild imaginations ;)

In MTJD Chris says the blah blah about it not being light enough to see the jewelry, but then a few pages later, he says said intruder was able to find knives in a bucther block in a darkened unfalimiar kitchen. So he "sees" whichever thing the story fits. Not enough light for the jewelry, plenty of light for the knife......

They nearly get you, don't they? I think the reason she says "turned around, went back, hit the light" is to explain all those back and forth bloody footprints she couln't clean up. As far as I know she says it in every story. Even if she did start across, turn back, hit the light, she put her back to a violent male in her home. Someone looked for the moon phases for that night. Maybe it was GI Jane to see if there would have been enough moonlight. There would have had to be a whole lot of moonlight to scamper through that garage so cleanly.

I don't know about the cigarette lighter, but our friend did come up with the flashlight theory and as I recall he was as convinced of it as he was that chicken blood. LOL!

LOL. I started to post about the lighters but was afraid to. One of her very vocal supporters who claims to have in-depth information told me that they KNOW the intruders (I guess inside sources also KNOW there was more than one intruder) had lighters that night. I would love to know how someone can tell that lighters were present.

I think I know why Stella. Because they're so "out of touch with the times" that they don't know that electricity has been invented and that torches are no longer necessary.

OMG, I know I shouldn't laugh but this was hysterical Delores.

Jeesh, they'd fall for anything won't they? Yeah the two intruder theory had to evolve because the bloody, unidentified fingerprint on the sofa back table is too small to match the intruder Darlie described.

I had to snicker when I read the responses, although it is not funny under the circumstance, it is stupid all the junk they came up with and I can not believe "I" fell for it and hoped she would be cleared!!!! I pride myself on being intelligent enough , I have raise teeneagers and a husband and can spot a lie from a mile away.OMG! what kind of people are they? The entire family must know, if only by unspoken consent to cover it up forever rather than to admit the children were murdered by mom and perhaps by dad.

It's easy to believe their mess when you are only given half the story. They almost had me too, but I've had too many years of Dr. Mac to trust them. I've seen people ask how she could have been convicted on circumstantial evidence only. What? Maybe they don't know what that means.

Thanks Beesy. Gosh I do wonder what that woman thinks when she is alone in her mind and doesnt have to tell lies?

If she's as religeous as she claims to be, she's got to be scared as hell (pun intended), especially if she doesn't ask God to forgive her before they execute her.

I was just thinking the same thing. I hope she is open before God so she can find forgivness. The date for execution must be pretty close.

She's got a few years left, but at her age, that's still very very young.

Yeah, I used to be on the fence leaning towards guilty and then, for a brief moment, leaned towards innocent. Yet all the new evidence that proved her innocence never emerged. My all time favorite "proof" of Darlie's innocence and the presence of intruders was the bootprints in blood that CWB "found".

By the killer's singed fingertips. LOL! Oops. I guess they must know who the real the killer is then.
