The Howard County Sheriff's Office has requested activation of a Morgan Nick Amber Alert, Level II.
Sandra Morales Hernadez, 11, of Dierks was last known to be with her father, Sergio Martinez Hernadez, 26, when she was taken from the home at 397 Liberty Hill Road in Dierks.
Sandra is described as being a Hispanic female, 4 feet 4 inches tall, weight unknown, long brown hair, brown eyes and medium complexion. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blouse of unknown color.
Sergio Hernadez is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, brown hair and brown eyes. His clothing description at the time of the disapperance is unknow. He is believed to be driving a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier, black in color, displaying Arkansas license plate 740 KDA.
