Nancy Tiffany Nicklas is 5 feet 6 inches and about 180 pounds with blond hair, police Officer April Harding said. The girl was wearing a blue jacket with white stripes, a black shirt, a light cream-colored skirt and black, high boots.

The girl's mother said her daughter has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old and needs daily medication.
