Actually I read that about an open casket last week I believe over at CTV. I was surprised, but guess the whole time her face was down and away from the impact.

That is interesting about the interest at CTV in WS, but you know it goes waaaaay back. At the very beginning of the SP case we had a chat group here which was short lived. But during that time there was a poster on chat who got quite upset because SP's sisters name was spelled every which way but correct. The poster was the only way who spelled her name correctly, and so everyone thought it was SP.

Then came the word that he was in San Diego going from library to library to post, and the owner here at the time traced those posts some way to know they were coming from San Diego. Because of that the chat room was shut down. Many old timers here and at CTV will remember that, as I read many a post over there where is was the subject of conversation.

We're a different bunch over here in that we are not abrasive in our posts where as they are highly spirited over there. LOL But I think it is really great that we both take and learn from each other now. We are all death for information to work with, and if we scratch each others backs it is only in the spirit of great sleuthing IMHO.

Yes, I think it was Janey. It was spelled several different ways on the chat. It was that e that makes it so different.

I wish I could remember it too. I did PM the mod abvout 6 mos ago and she said the chat posts were not saved. I never did write to River. Was she owner then? I could do that, because anyone who was in that chat would remember the name. I just read about it over at CTV and then came back home asking questions about it.

Well, I just read WS through January and didn't actually join in until Feb 6th, so I probably wasn't privvy to the 'inside type stuff.'

Gosh, remember the one poster who got banned from ctv then came here and caused such a stir! LOL, especially about the baby's age et al, yadda, yadda, yadda..........they eventually got themeselves banned. IMO, they were part of the 'team.'

FWIW, it was that posters rant on the ctv board that alerted me to the jewelry being an important part of the case. Of course, we had no idea it was appraised at so MUCH!

Bee, I agree with you: JTF backed off around the time the websites, etc, were pulled down. Many "insiders' stopped posting at the same time and there are more JY supporters over at CTV, IMO, than other blogs. Heck - not everyone here believes JY is 'the man'. This happened at misfits and no-one there 'ran JTF' off the board. Not that I noticed.

Right now, from what we KNOW, I think so. Gosh, tomorrow something might come to light and I'll go: "WOW! Now that puts a different light on this."

Will I be ashamed, embarrassed, annoyed or humbled? No, I'll be educated and will move on with new information.

FWIW, a red tie doesn't mean anything, IMHO, especially if he knew he was going to be filmed for tv. Red ties look the best on tv. Look sometime at how many guys wear red ties. For awhile, it was a crack up, well more than 1/2 wore red ties.

About the friends stopping posting on the internet. There were people on every board telling these people what Websleuths often times says to individuals who are friends or family of a victim. It's not a good idea to read and participate in blogs of their loved ones. It only causes them further grief and they're better off ignoring the chatter. Perhaps JY's friends finally got the hint.

BeeCharmer, I remember you from the Laci boards here and there. When I went over to ctv boards and saw Regina Lampert I recognized the name from the Laci case but I never knew you were one and the same. I think it's pretty funny because when people are accusing someone of posting under several names for whatever the reason they always make the argument that you can tell by their language and spelling, personality, etc. You just like me adjust to your environment is the best way I can describe it. I don't post there at all and only did when I first found it from the Laci case. If this case were to draw as much attention you can bet it'll get ugly.

Interesting! It looks like there are two more guests at the table of forumdum this afternoon, both on other boards.

At CTV comes a neighbor who lives down the street and can see the Young house from his. He says a professional cleaning service has been cleaning there and often someone from the family is there with them. He spoke to that member of the family who told him they were there to get clothes and toys for Cassidy.

Then there is a poster at Misfits who I have seen before who I would swear is JTF in disguise. Just Passing Through, and he may simply be3 a friend, but is on a mission to build up Jason and his family.

It is too bad that when someone is suspected in a crime their family members are subject to many discussions, some of which are derogatory. We don't know these people and haven't seen or really heard from them, and on this forum I think we understand they are in an awful position. We just got a bad case of the blues with the Peterson family, and I don't think all families are like them.

Agreed: the classic Demo-Squad are doing the rounds: Search, Sight and Sabotage. Actually, I ALSO feel these are the same couple posters.

And, FWIW, I personally don't think the gal of Canadian-claimed living is all she makes out to be. Reading CTV's main MY thread, CG constantly refers to her carerr - whether asked or not. Quite frankly, I am tired of seeing :After all, I'm in LE, As a law officer, in my job, I've spent 20 years in LE, one of my cases, one of my victims, my team, we did, we know, ...et al ---->

Just like JY - I feel her posts are in overkill-mode as to her real-life alibi. I find her posts condescending and she has no faith in LE. The subtle mumblings come through loud and clear: "what else have they missed.." and constantly confirms EVERYONE was fingerprinted, not just Jason. She omits JY was the only person ordered to do so. If he'd complied up front and out in the open, the Sheriff would NOT have wasted efforts to issue a court order. Why would he?

Recently she wrote: "I would hope that LE look into this....". She wouldn't have to hope - she'd know. Finally - she was farrrrr too sensitive to ordinary questions and comments.

The ONE icon she drops after constantly supporting Jason is the SHRUG icon. CGirl landed at Misfits within minutes of JTF's last post a week or two ago before becoming full time at CTV - she claimed to know nothing - and then went to CTV in full support of JTF. CGirl *answered* for JTF - and then realized she was on thin ice and trimmed her 'voice'.

If she was in in LE she'd be far more nuetral, a lot more knowledgeable and less of a tendancy to 'pooh-pooh' all of JY's faults.

Yes, I also enjoy RPD's posts - if he is Raleigh Police Dept then I respect his steady hand and comments. Serpico peaked my interest; AJTam, Sassfr and some are logical, sane folk, too ... I (now) know BeeCh=RL... and as for the others, I am not sure - I generally read for the case-contributions. And, just like animals bristle when they don't trust folk ... I watch CGirl in silence. Her words, attitude and thoughts tell (me) a lot. Just sum'tink not gelling...

CTV's poll is leaning toward Jason, too. CGirl was VERY quick to note and subtly lend credence to JY's non-involvement ... (on page one of that thread) that many are on the fence. She spoke a tad too soon (within an hour or so) for a seasoned LE officer .... and that's just one example to me.

I REMEMBER THAT, strach!! That was very early on ... so it goes to show, both families know what is being posted on these boards. I'm sure they're reading (or they are told what is the general consensus). I feel extremely sorry for Fishers - what an awful ordeal; to have Cassidy living away from them has to be unbearable. Linda's in NY ... wonder if she's moved to stay with Meredith? Wonder how Meredith is coping. Lord - so many questions - but prayers go out to them all...

:woohoo: Your correct Floh about the poster being bullied. I don't know if she was legit or not but she was certainly being polite and answering all the questions. Which is more than I can say for most that were responding to her.

I think what happened is the posters are very intuitive and realized quite soon they were being led down a defensive path, Jason being painted as the perfect normal husband. They didn't buy it just because it was the opposite as what many friends had said.

Now that we have learned much more, I hope JTF is praying for Jason.

The day I made this post I had gone to CTV and looked up JTF, found his first post. Something wild has happened in the world of forendum, as when I went back tonight to do the same thing, the name of the poster has changed to Just the Facts. Nov 17th was the 1st post of JusttheFacts, but his name suddenly changed to JTF.

If you preview his/her posts, on 11/24: "OK JTF, I'll accept that you remember the accident occuring in 2006 . . .". Posters were refering to JusttheFacts as JTF. And if you go into 'members' at CTV, you will see that JTF has absolutely not one post to his name! Sent my Hinky Meter waaaaay7 off! Have we read posts by JTF? YaYa

Here is the first post by JusttheFacts, that when I looked it up on the day I posted to you was listed under JTF, in response to a post from Listening Post:
