As far as I am concerned, neither of those boys should have ever been let out of prison after doing such a terrible thing as they did. I know that is what the law says but I don't think lawmakers thought a child would do something so heinous as to pick off innocent children and teachers as they filed out of a building in response to a fire alarm.

Oh dear lord.. this is incredibly wrong. I know they both "paid their debt to society" but that is a load of horse manure. They both should have had far greater consequences than they did.. and to have the slate wiped clean upon reaching 21 is a complete and utter miscarriage of justice and a slap in the face to those familes of the victims of these two criminals. :furious: So what more warning signs is it going to take that these 2 individuals are complete risk to the public.. drugs alcohol, loaded weapons... you know its just a matter of time before something happens again.:banghead: these are repeat offenders in the making. And I guess I a doublly concerned since I have close ralatives that live in that particular area. :(

Wasn't the teacher he killed pregnant?

I can't believe that they start over with a clean record on being released. That is just WRONG, too.

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45959Sorry I started another. Lots of things have been going on and I missed that one. Maybe the moderator can delete this one. In looking at your thread, I guess I didn't recognize Westside as being the Jonesboro school shooting. I don't open every thread that is started, but I would have if I had known it was this case.
