Registered Sex offender strikes again

A registered sex offender is suspected of raping a 10-year-old girl on the grounds of Eastside Elementary School in Rogers.


On her way to school, a man put his hand over her mouth and dragged her behind a shed and told her to pull her pants down, according to court documents.

On this we agree! There should be no such thing as a registered sex offender...
They should all be rotting in prison forevermore.... Why do they even get a second chance??
The only exception to this is like an 18 yo who dates a 16 yo (and that is not a sex offender IMO)
There is a vast gulf between someone who rapes or harms a child and someone who is hardly an adult dating someone under their age.

I would like them to lose their eyes. If they can't see them, they can't find them. A lot of people live without their sight! I know this won't happen in my lifetime but can't think of anything better!!!

And why would any judge ever let him out of prison?

I mean we have drug dealers that will never see the outside of a prison wall ... but child rapist??? well they can just go free?
Its just IMO but, it seems dealing a little pot is slightly less harmful to society.
Even dealing a lot of pot.
These sicko's just keep getting a free pass.
