There is evil in the world, and these two 'caretakers' are prime examples. I hope they receive the ultimate sentence, and suffer from a civil suit as well. I hope the penalties are tough. Sometimes animals get better justice than human beings do.

I saw the owner of that vocational school on NG and they said they had the rule that two people had to accompany someone in their care to the bathroom to avoid being sexually abused. They have since changed it so that a supervisor has to attend as well. I'm not sure that will change things.

I'm with Amraann, my youngest will never be in someone else's care as long as I'm able to make that decision for her.

Caregivers slapping 2 mentally retarded men in a bathroom of a facility for the disabled. The man is screaming out and whoever is filming is laughing everytime he is getting hit. :( :mad: Also although its hard to watch there is a picture in there somewhere of a man they are looking for who is owner of the cell phone. Someone in the California area might recognize him.

Well, one of the little jerks shows up in court with mom and dad, scared, wide eyed and clutching a rosary! Trying to portray a scared, innocent, God fearing young man, who knows no better. Yeah...my butt he doesn't know any better!
