I called 1-800-THE-LOST and spoke with a lady that handles incoming tips as far as potential sightings. She said that MySpace is regularly checked, and she asked for any information I had. Hopefully we can find out weather or not this really is a match.

Looks like the Megan on MySpace has brown eyes while the missing Megan has blue. I wish we could see if she has dimples on MySpace.

eyes of MS girl look totally different to me.. much bigger, rounder, set further apart. megan has certain distinctive features that the other girl doesn't appear to have.

Everything that I can find about this young girl indicates she has been recovered. I can't find the announcement of her recovery or an article that states it as so.
