IIRC correctly, that picture on FOX is his dad, LOL. That guy was there the day they taped Amy and I 'assumed' it was his dad. Craig is sitting on a lounge outside (out of site in this photo) in the video because you see him getting up later and putting on his shirt.

Someone called in the NG show and asked this question. I can't remember who answered (reporter/defense lawyer etc) but they said the kids would stay with him since there's no evidence that he killed his wife. (Must have been a defense lawyer. lol)

Correct. Right now he is only a POI. He hasn't been charged with a crime, there is no evidence connecting him to a crime (that has been made public), and he isn't under arrest or in jail. No legal reason to take the kids away from him at this point.

You never know what tomorrow will bring...
