What is true, what is not?

I am so frustrated with this case. In most cases there are atleast SOME cold hard facts to start with. With this one, we have none really. Am I wrong? Are there SOME cold hard facts? Am I missing them as I search? So many things don't make sense about the whole thing.
Maybe it's because I don't know how things work in different countries, I don't know. But if I take my kids on a family vacation, even with other families, my girls will be with me and we will all be having fun. I don't understand why you would bring your kids on a vacation only to put them in a daycare!?! Are they just there for eye candy? If you want to go on an adult vacation, then do it! Leave the kids at home with trusted adults.
I also don't understand why the kids were alone. Even if it was in a totally safe environment, what was to stop a medical emergency from taking place? A fire, or one of the children rolling off the bed, hitting their head, and going into convulsions, maybe one of them would be choking on something... these things happen in Portugal too, not just America! So I am confused about that.
I even read somewhere that the parents were possibly involved in some sort of orgy ring thing? What???

I hate to say it but the easiest way to learn about this case is to go back through the threads for a few days and read all the threads that you can on the WS McCann forum.There are 2 threads, that I can think of, lol, that are for listing facts and rumors which seems to be what you are looking for. ;)

armywife: I understand your frustration. I came in late to this case because I never thought the parents had anything to do with it until lately. But I didn't know alot of the facts.

It took me about a week to catch up, so just keep clicking the news stories and read the threads. You'll soon understand some of the contradictions.

None of us knows the "truth," but you can make some educated guesses.
