Currently seven-years-old, cops say Madison was only three-years-old when the video was made.

What else is known about this guy? So far I have only found a couple of things that have that name associated and they might not be the same person. There are others with the same name in the world.

I've been thinking about this all night; how did he have access to this little girl without her mother knowing. It's just a theory. Here goes. If he's going around saying he's a SEAL then he might have been in the San Diego area. Maybe Madison's mother was too. I was wondering if maybe she was in the military and had to go on a deployment. If so she would need someone to take care of her child if no family were living nearby. Maybe she had what she thought was a good friend that Madison stayed with (deployments in the Navy are usually six mos.). Plenty of time for him to think he had carte blanche with this little girl without getting caught. I'm sure if he had been staying with this caregiver there were times when she was left alone with him.

I know the peeping tom video was in Las Vegas but it was taken at a different time. I'm sure a creep like this has to move around a lot.

-Darren Tuck is from Pahrump and found the tape there.

Also:
-The child being attacked was 3 at the time but showed no reaction to being attacked so clearly had been abused many times before.
-The mother had no idea of the abuse, yet her 3 year old was being raped by an adult male repeatedly at a location she recognized on the tape, and some how there were no signs? No blood, bruising, vaginal/anal tearing, no fear of going to that location, NOTHING?

That's why I'm thinking this little girl was left in the care of someone that knew about it or didn't care to further investigate any signs of abuse for a while. I thought I saw a needle mark in her arm or at least bruising as if there had been, so I am praying (in a strange way) that something was given to her and perhaps that is why her eyes seemed so dead, and the Det. stated she showed no reaction to the abuse.

Since LE said he did everything imaginable (paraphrased) to this child and said it was the worst they had ever seen, I'm thinking there would be definite physical signs of the abuse. It didn't sound like just fondling, etc.

I think the mother recognized the furniture and the little girl once they showed her the tape. They did not say she didn't have a TV, just that she hadn't watched the news in the past few days. They she she was unaware of this going on, but did know the location and her connection to Stiles was distant as a friend of a friend of a friend..not that she personally knew him. Which leads me to beleive that Stiles took this video at the house of the friend of a friend. Since they say this occurred in 2003 and 2003 was when he was also charged with the warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor under 14, because that child told a relative, this means in 2003 he was quite the sexual predator of young girls. So there are probably other vics out there.
I imagine this 3 year old in the video was told not to tell or something harmful would happen to her or her family. That maybe the family wouldn't believe her so they would send her away. A 3 year old could be cohersed with that type of threat. Also if he was an animal trainer he knew something about how to manipulate behavior to his advantage.
I think that the Stephanie Allen they refer to in the presser came up twice..1 time where the detective looked shocked they said this name was when he was asked if police were at her home that night and again asked what she had to do with this case..how is she involved? Both times he did not say no involvement..he said he couldn't verify that due to ongoing investigation. Also, I don't think the 23 year old Stephanie Allen would be known to reporters or where she lived..I think they might know where a high profile female attorney lived. I think that being an attorney maybe she had a nanny for this little girl and maybe the nanny took care of the child's bathing, clothing, etc. Usually that is part of the nanny's job description. I think it would be very possible then that this mom would not know about this at all. And I am sure the child would not have said anything if asomeone was hurting her like this and she was told not to.
He told the other little girl not to say anything..and as far as we know she was not on a video. The little girl that told her family and that resulted in his going on the run) Therefore we can figure he really used something horrible to a 3 year olds mind to threaten her.
I also thought the detective said that they showed the perv's picture to the little girl and she reconized him, but I couldn't tell exactly because he had also just spoken about the mom.

Not sure who the older couple was at the presser, I thought Grandparents, too, then when the conference started and the sherrif was thanking everyone I thought maybe they were the crew thatcame in to help man the tips and phones..just don't know.

I am glad she is okay and prayers to little one and her family for the therapy and healing that will be able to take place now.

I'm wondering if even right there in/around Vegas...A side show type thing...(think of all the articles we read/hear about ...the dirty cruel conditions of "roadside" circuses and zoos")

Perhaps the friend of a friend connection was through the caregiver for the child then, if in fact she is from a more affluent family or a family of dual incomes etc...any way you look at it, it was quite a set up for a non intimate family member to get access to a 3 year old for more than 30 minutes for this tape alone, not to mention any previous assaults that may have occurred.

My thoughts exactly! The police said it was apparent this had happened to this little girl before. So, I'm thinking this guy (let's hope more than one person hasn't molested her) did these horrible things...that tells me he's had access to her more than once and for some period of time on each occassion. Did someone deliver her to him for this purpose? I know that sounds sick, but it does happen. People do that to kids in exchange for money and/or drugs.

Dog The Bounty Hunter is going after him. Last night he was just waiting for the warrants to arrive while he was on Larry King. He said he thought he was in California..the police thought that too earlier from remarks they made.
I hope Dog gets him..and then there is an accidental punch or two to the head and a knife slip to the balls of this predator.
I know that isn't very nice...but what he did is unthinkable and maybe a few hours alone in a room full of Madison's family wouldn't be a stretch either.

SHERIFF TONY DEMEO, NYE COUNTY, NEVADA: And like I said before, on behalf of the Nye County community, the Nye County Sheriff's Office and I can't speak for Dave, but I know the D.A.'s office as well -- on behalf of the Nye County D.A.'s Office, we do appreciate the investment that the media has had in our community and in this case in order for us to bring -- to identify this young girl, to make sure that she's safe, she is alive and well because that's one of the concerns people had. They were making that -- once they found out what her name was that she would somehow be discarded, that she's alive and well, that the family members, the family is very supportive of this young girl. We believe that with the family support and as much as less intrusion in their life as possible, unless they decide to disclose any type of information, that we respect their privacy and we respect anonymity.
And it's tough for me to say (UNINTELLIGIBLE) from -- from Brooklyn. But let me just say that we -- we -- we're looking now. The person that should be up on that screen is not this young victim, but should be Chester Arthur Stiles.

This individual which we believe at this time may not be -- that does not -- may not be in this jurisdiction and that that's the person that this nation should be looking for. And any information that you have, contact your local law enforcement agency, contact the Nye County Sheriff's Office.

Because basically or not, believe it or not, we -- we will get this individual. Nye County Sheriff's Office, any law enforcement entity will be relentless in -- in tracking this person down and bringing him to the criminal justice system.UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes. What happened when you realized you had the girl?

DETECTIVE DAVID BORUCHOWITZ, NYE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE: We went and found her.

Basically, first of all, just real quick, I'd remark off the sheriff, I take absolutely no credit for this investigation. Full credit falls upon your viewers. And like we've said all along, thank you. Thank you for the coverage and your continued patience with us.

Basically this evening we received numerous tips once we aired the suspect's photo, as well as the victim's name.

And using several of those tips from the media, we were able to coordinate our efforts and actually verify a lot of the information that was coming in very quickly to actually identify exactly where this victim was and exactly who she was.

I'm going to remind you, obviously, before you ask any questions because I know what's coming, this is an ongoing police investigation. This is a victim of a sexual assault. And, thus, the information we can release to you is extremely limited, reference information.

I understand that because of this investigation and the way it's gone that the media has been thoroughly involved and information has been forthcoming and I assure you, I will tell you anything I can and anything else I can't. On behalf...
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is Stiles in fact her dad?

BORUCHOWITZ: Hang on. Stiles is definitely not her father.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How is she connected to the family? How is Stiles connected to the family?

BORUCHOWITZ: Stiles is connected to the family on a several- tier-friend connection. UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This happened in the Allen household in Las Vegas. Talked to Stephanie Allen's friend. She said that she recognized the sheets.

BORUCHOWITZ: I can't discuss that. Obviously, that's going to be directly correlated to the ongoing police investigation.BORUCHOWITZ: The final tip was approximately two hours before we notified you of the press conference. To be honest with you, I didn't have a watch. I couldn't tell you what time it was.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Was it due to the press or the family last name?

BORUCHOWITZ: The tip was -- it's not one tip. OK, we got numerous tips and these tips allowed us to identify exactly where she was, who she was and exactly the situation that was going on.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Could you give us a little narrative then of how this kind of unfolded? BORUCHOWITZ: Tips were coming in by the hundreds. Immediately after the last press conference, they were being screened for obviously specific things we wanted in reference to this investigation. Those specific leads were handed directly to the detective's division for immediate follow-up.

In a matter of approximately a half hour period of time enough tips came into our office that we were immediately able to link together.

A phone call was made to the victim's family and immediately identified where we could go.

We responded immediately, located the victim and notified you guys.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Was the family aware of all this? Was the family watching their daughter?

BORUCHOWITZ: Absolutely not.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They had no clue any of this was happening?

BORUCHOWITZ: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How did the girl react when you found her?

BORUCHOWITZ: How did the girl react when we found her?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We all saw what she looks like from the photos. We all saw her eyes, her face, we talked about that. What did she look like when you met her? What were her eyes and her face?

BORUCHOWITZ: She looks like a very happy 7-year-old girl.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How does the mother not know this is going on?

BORUCHOWITZ: The mother has not watched the news. She received a phone call.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How did she not know that this was happening to her daughter?

BORUCHOWITZ: That -- that's obviously going to be investigated. And during the investigation that obviously will come forth. UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What did she tell you about this, the attack?

BORUCHOWITZ: Absolutely nothing.

BORUCHOWITZ: We can't discuss that. That's the ongoing investigation.

Because the -- the suggestion was made that there must have been a familiarity and obviously she must have been left in his care because he did not seem on the tape as if he was hurried or as if he was unfamiliar with her. How did he have access to her? And what kind of access? Was he a care giver in essence?

BORUCHOWITZ: As far as we can tell, he was not a caregiver.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So how did he -- how was he -- how did he have access to her?

DEMEO: May I answer that question?

Understand this is that this investigation -- this part of the investigation dealing with the victim and dealing with the -- the case, that's now being turned over -- that is metro's investigation. And those are questions that metro will probably be investigating.

You know, we're going to give you as much information on this, but remember one thing is that now this investigation belongs to another jurisdiction.

This case, this crime occurred in Clark County. And those detectives there will be looking -- will be looking at -- at how this occurred and the situation involved in it.

We ascertain right now from the information we got is that the mother -- and correct me if I'm wrong on this, detective, the mother was not aware of this.

BORUCHOWITZ: Correct. DEMEO: And -- and what had brought this to -- to her attention was the name, was the name of the victim. And I think the name of the suspect...

I know that at some point she may consider speaking to the press. OK? She's asked, obviously, that people not hunt her down and assures you that she's appreciative.

And in reality, much of the investigation is still under investigation. And, thus, we really cannot release a lot of that.

BORUCHOWITZ: She's seven now and it was four years ago.

BORUCHOWITZ: Correct. UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Detective, I -- maybe I'm a little dense, but I have trouble understanding how it is that this could have been going on with a 3-year-old and the parents wouldn't know it, they wouldn't see any signs of the sexual assault or anything of that.

BORUCHOWITZ: Those are obvious questions that will come forth during the investigation and that will be metro's responsibility to follow up on that.

I was thinking that maybe Stephanie Allen was the babysitter also, and watched the little girl at her home. Stiles could have been anyone from a live in boyfriend to a relative of Allen's who was crashing at her house for awhile.

The mom would have been familiar with the house if that's where her daughter stayed while she worked. She might have gone into the bedroom area to use the bathroom or change a diaper or if M was napping there.

I got the impression that the mom recognized the TV and the furniture it was on, and SOMEONE ELSE recognized the sheets (maybe Stephanie Allen - can you imagine the horror???).

Hello, I'm a long time lurker and finally decided to register. First I want to say how impressed I am with all the posters and how they worked so hard to do what they could to help find this little girl.

As for the whereabouts of Chester Stiles, someone posted that he was born in Jefferson county Kentucky, which is Louisville Kentucky, about an hour and a half away from Cincinnati. Chances are he may still have family ties to the Louisville area and may be headed in that direction as it's a fairly large metropolitan area where he could blend in and hope to fade in to the background for a while.

Regardless, I do think he'll be caught in short time since this little girl has captured the heart of everyone and has made the capture of Chester Stiles a very personal matter.

I think it is important to remember. Stiles has bragged about being a survivalist. Which means that if he feels he is in a 'safe' situation he might stay. In other words if he is with family and friends who he feels will keep his secret, he will try to go on without letting on about what is happening in his life. Though he may start watching the news more or seem nervous about strangers.
If Stiles is not among friends that he thinks will hide him however, he may go underground. He may think he can live on the land. But most survivalists soon find that at some point they do need money. And living in the wilds soon gets old.
In Kentucky and surrounding areas, there are many 'survivalist camps'. There are others in different parts of the country and sometimes they maintain contact with each other. Think Terry McNichols and McVey. If he takes refuge in something like that it could take a long time to find him.

Indy, I think it means the mom recognized the furniture AFTER she was found and shown the tape.

Can you imagine the horror? She had to be sitting there praying that they had the wrong family, that this was just a terrible mistake. She must have been so sure that she would have known, that the police must be overreacting to what they saw. I cannot imagine having to sit there and identify your child on that type of tape...and watch the things that happened to her. How do you get those images out of your mind?

We need to concentrate on putting Stiles behind bars. Let's research every single person in HIS life to find him. Chances are he may still have family ties to the Louisville area and may be headed in that direction as it's a fairly large metropolitan area where he could blend in and hope to fade in to the background for a while.

Regardless, I do think he'll be caught in short time since this little girl has captured the heart of everyone and has made the capture of Chester Stiles a very personal matter.

I am not convinced that Stephanie Allen is the attorney from Nevada, there appears to be several Stephanie Allen's one with recent criminal history. If I am remembering correctly why would the detectives go to Stephanie Allen's house twice to speak with her if she was just an attorney that provided a tip, something tells me she fits into this picture some other way. The other thing is, I can understand Sr and Jr not being used on certain things, but the birth index, marriage index, and social security index do not indicate Jr. or Sr. at all? I wish Kentucky had marriage records for the 1970 time period so we could see who the mom Sandra Cooke did marry which would help confirm who his father is.

IF, in fact CAS was in the military, specifically the Navy, it could be related to him having connections out here in El Cajon which is near the Naval Facilities.

IF, in fact he was ever in ANY military branch of the services the Data Base would have him listed by SS#, name & date of birth.

IF, military records are now being researched since there is a Federal Warrant for CAS, they would have access/privy to this information.

Now we wait I guess for more info. to come forth on that part of it, to be confirmed, or not.

Since the claim of being a Navy Seal is often used by wannabes who want to impress or intimidate others, there is actually a site that will verify if someone really is or has been a Navy Seal. Of course, being at war, they have to be very cautious in what information they give out or to whom but I'd love to have them verify or deny Chester Arthur Styles claims of being a Navy Seal. The best part is that they have a section of all the impostors they've exposed as well.
According to a message board there is someone looking for a Chet Stiles who was stationed in Okinawa which is a huge Marine Corp base. There are Seals stationed there but my gut feeling is that Chet Stiles is a Seal wannabe because with all the psych evaluations and such that Seals are put through, I don't think he would have ever been chosen to be a Seal in the first place. I could be wrong but I would think there would be signs of a deviant personality that they would have picked up on before he made a lot of headway with the Seals.

Okay, I found the site where you can change your hairstyles - it's Ladies Home Journal (http://www.lhj.com) - Try-a-Hairstyle. Problem is, I had paid for a 3 month subscription when I did Madeleine McCann's image and it ran out on 9/16. :doh:

You can register free and upload ONE photo, so I did that for Stiles, but there aren't many hairstyles to choose from (for the free trial thing) for men and there aren't any facial hair adjustments to choose from. I'm not going to pay again, especially without the beard & moustache options.

So, does anyone else have experience with photo programs and good enough at it to be able to "draw in" beards and goatees and stuff? If so, it would be helpful!! I'm not good at that kind of graphic work.
