All -

I haven't been posting or been able to read the past couple days - my father is in the hospital - and we aren't sure what is wrong yet - but last night it was pretty scary. I would appreciate any prayers on his behalf.

Thanks.

Okay, so I had to admit to DH that I knew about this forum during Kelesy Smith. Then I had to go into long explanations going back to Charlie Manson. My DH now thinks I'm completely out of my mind. But hey that's alright...you guys also have a great pet forum and cooking forum also (have picked up some great recipes!)! I hate to say this but I think I'm addicted. I may not post very much but I should do read a lot. Thanks to all that make this such a great place to be.:)

Sorry it took so long!!! We are very releaved that he didnt do it. I really hope that it turns out that he didnt kill anyone and this was just a big mistack. We just want justice!!! This is very stressful for us because we do know James the boy just really hasnt had a chance. He made me mad alot but I wouldnt want him to go to jail if he didnt do it. If he did this than he needs to stay in jail. Im so confussed about this that I really cant say if he did it or not!!!!!

That is a hard one. She is 4 so I am sure she knows James, right. I would say that daddy had to go away, then when she is old enough to understand, then I would tell her. Does she carry James's last name?

She is only 2 1/2 and she dont know him, and she dont have his last name because she was born when he was in jail, we never changed the birth certificate because they wasnt on good terms after he got out. He has been ordered to pay support and he didnt deny that she was his child utill after child support was set. He only did that when they was arguing about the support. She has a farther figure in her life and it is possible that we wont have to tell her. In my experence with this situation I have found that it always best if you tell them the truth because if they find out it may cause alot of problems for her. I just worry about her so much!!!

Honey as sad as this may sound, leave it that way. She doesnt know him,she has a daddy. If this turns out to be James killed her, Just wait untill she is old enough to really take in what you have to tell her. I am all for fathers rights but it doesnt sound as if he has any, he hasnt been in her life this long. I would be worried too, if you didnt we would have to ask why you didnt. I think, by reading your posts, that you are a big part of her life. And I also think you are doing a great job with everything!!

HAWG
10-26-2007, 10:50 AM
Yes, that is what we are affaid of because if he is guilty and gets off on this it would be very bad!!! I guess we wont ever know if he really did it . This is just a nightmare all around!!!!

Amen!!! My daughter gets to say weather he can see her or not so far because he hasnt been consistant in her life, butt that all can change. I know that this is going through the Stanley's minds also about Alexis. That is the thing it will be in are minds forever did he do it or did he not do it and this is a big mistake?????

Kinda like OJ and his kids....

I dont know how that Brown family was able to turn them back over to him.

Although in this instance each day I become more and more unsure if James killed Erin at all.

sad situation no matter how you look at it.
