Thanks for letting us know HAWG!
Such a long time to wait! :(
Has he gotten any additional attorneys do you know? It's been a while, what is the general concensus now in town of his guilt or innocence?
He still has the same att., I really dont know what pepole are thinking about it because I dont live around there. Im sure it is going to be interesting to here the opening arguments. I cant wait to see how Kelly plays into all of this.

Is that date for the completion of the final session of the bond hearing or the pre-trail or trial date. I had been under the impression that the pre trial was is April. Sounds like you are saying that it has moved to May. Thanks for the info.
yes that is what I have been reading. Im trying to keep the dates right, if Im wrong please change
it is the date for trial date, the bond hearing will resume in april from what I have read the 11th please let me know if Iam wrong.
looks like they postponed again, they said in the PI that they would be setting a date in sept. or oct. and no word on the bail yet. I found it strange that they used the words they used in the article today.

I haven't read the article yet but I will. Last October this forum took a poll regarding how Erin died. Since they have not done that in a while, how about getting some answers to the following questions.
Question 1. How did Erin die:
a. she was strangled by the defendant
b. she was strangled by someone else (family, intruder or sex offender)
c. she died from a fall or something else caused by a medical condition
d. it's too early to tell or I don't know
Question 2: Is there enough evidence to convict the defendant?
a. yes
b. Know
Question 3: Do you think there is much more that needs to be learn about this case?
a. yes
b. no
4. Do you have your own theory as to why there were so many problems conducting the investigation of this case?
Just tell me.
Thanks

Did you mean for us to pm you with what we think?? Or did you want someone to start a "official" poll???
We can do that...............
Thanks HAWG for the updates on the postponements.
O/T How's that beautiful grandaughter of yours doing?? And your daughter also? Did she get married yet? Or is that later this year?

Oh, HAWG, I bet you are proud! I hope she has many years of love and happiness when she's married. Is Haley looking forward to the wedding too?
Thanks for the updates. I really wish they would get moving on this.

HAWG:
Great news on Haley! My daughter will be graduating on 5/26 and then going on to become a LPN. She also is an unmarried woman with two beautiful grandaughters whom I love VERY VERY MUCH!!! They all live right down the street from me. (How very lucky I am!)
I have also asked a long time ago for a picture of Haley.........but that was during a time where so much was happening!
I don't blame Haley for not wanting her picture on the net..................as you can see...........it's much safer that way!
You can pm me a pic though if you can. I would love to see her!
Take care and beleive this will all sort it self out in the long run.:blowkiss:

I fully understand why you would not want to post a photo of Haley in this day and age, I shouldn't have asked. Please congratulate your daughter on her many recent accomplishments. I wish her both much success and happiness, I also wish Haley the very best.
The trial date for James is set for Oct. 13 th. I just dont know about these people. Why wouldnt you take pictures? It dont make sence. Someone thought they already had the killer so it wasnt inportant, WRONG!!! I would like to here why they didnt follow up on this case as they would any other it dont make sence to me!!!
