Deb was so kind to pick up the search warrant and she emailed it to me this morning - I am already 8 minutes late for work and have not left my house yet but I wanted you guys to be able to see this, I haven't even read it all yet but I think this is very helpful!

This angers me that those two young women had to die like they did. And that poor baby has to live without her mother and aunt. I hope justice is done very soon for Alexis whose life will never be the same. I hope this comment doesn't make anyone mad but he should be locked up in prison in a room with pictures of Kelly and Erin and Alexis on the walls so he can see everyday the lives he screwed up by his own selfish acts he did.

Thanks for getting that info. Although it is missing the list of items took. Anyone know why?? Also The date is the same day as she died. Sorry I havent been around I am very tired these days....lol

I would like to know what they took and why it's not listed

They are seperate docs. The affidavit is explaining what they want searched and little bit of why. The list of items taken during the execution of the search warrant is different and sometimes referred to as the return.

Thank you for explaining the difference. I've checked out 3 other numbers and believe me they had nothing at all to do with this case. I was beginning to believe that I didn't even get the right document (or should I say DH didn't get the right document). Thanks again.

Is there a local that could call the Clerk's Office ( I don't have my cell and am at work, can't call long distance ) and ask if the Search Warrant RETURN is available to pick up? This is the document that will list the evidence COLLECTED.
