First case I thought of was Janet March (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Janet+March%22&btnG=Google+Search). Perry March's father said he dumped Janet's remains somewhere in Central KY.

The skeletal remains found by a Mercer County hunter last week along the shoulder of the Martha Layne Collins Bluegrass Parkway turned out to be those of Donald Hughes' 25-year-old adopted daughter, Amanda Lynn Hughes.
