Concern is mounting for a teenager with diminished mental capacity missing since Sunday.
Cathleen Kizer, 18, was last seen around 11 a.m. Sunday in the area of the McDonald's restaurant on M-89 just west of Allegan. The Allegan County Sheriff's Department considers her to be an endangered missing person because he mental capacity is that of a 12-year-old.
Kizer is 5'1", 165 pounds with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last thought to be wearing a pink striped dress shirt, black pants and black tennis shoes. She sometimes wanders area homes and into wooded areas to observe nature.
