Justin Leland is a registered sex offender who was arrested after moving and not notifying authorities of his change of address. He was also found to be viewing child pornography on a library computer. When oh when are they finally going to figure out that sex offenders cannot be reintigrated into society?
Of course if the Groene case didnt do it they never will.
Ill bet if State Dept of Corrections and Parole Boards could be held legaly responsible for what ever shenanigans these little darlings get up to once they decide to put them back on the street... ie. financially liable,we would see sweeping revolutionary change overnight.
