 Why dont they hipnotise the guy they believe "murdered" her ? Why does she deserve a sulpture ? Why does David Williams, the Wife Beater, from St James Dairy, Ilfracombe, have to threaten to beat up anyone when they refused to give a prize for the raffle for the C P Scuplture ?

“The only person that can assist with this is Nick Rose who still refuses to cooperate with us in any way, shape or form.
“From the family’s perspective, they would like to try to put this behind them but they will never be able to do that while Charlotte’s body is outstanding.
“From the conversations I have had with the family, I know it still tortures them to this day.
“We would clearly like to speak to Nick Rose in person but he won’t engage with us. Hopefully, one day he will change his mind and tell us what he did with Charlotte’s body.”
Rose, now 33, murdered Charlotte after she had been on a night out with friends in Ilfracombe. Police conducted a massive search of the countryside, coastline and reservoirs, but her body was never found.
