Amber Alert Issued For 13-Year-Old Boy

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old Detroit boy with severe mental and physical disabilities.


Jackie Dewayne Taylor was last seen on Monday around 3 p.m., walking away from 20101 Yacama Drive.


Police described Taylor as black, 5 feet tall and weighing 100 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, a scar on his left wrist and a missing top front tooth.

Taylor was last seen wearing a Phat Pharm coat with fur around the hood, a white dress shirt and blue Dickie pants.

Evidentally, Jackie has been found safe. His poster has been removed from NCMEC. I can't find anything about it other than the following.

"According to the NCMEC the Amber Alert has been cancelled and Jackie has been located safe."
