The victim was discovered in March 2005 in La Palisse, France
Vital Statistics


Approximate Height and Weight: 175 cm
Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown eyes; black hair. Shoe size: 42-43. Wears glasses. (Hong-Kong written in the case)
Clothing: The day he arrived, he was wearing a green parka, jeans and Rangers.
Case History
The man arrived at La Palisse on bike. He explained he did not know how his name, remembering only the last 3 months .
He came from the Pyrenees where he lived in a tent for 3 months trying to remember his past .
Receipts in Spanish were located in his belongings. He speaks school English and some Mandarin.

Note that he speaks "School English and some Mandarin"- so he's more than likely not really from China. Also note that he had receipts in Spanish and that the Pyrenees form a border between France and Spain and that Andorra is sandwiched between the Spanish Pyrenees and the French Pyrenees. Andorra also has Spanish and French as recognized languages, so he could have originally been in Spain or Andorra prior to being in the Pyrenees for 3 months and then going to France. Lapalisse is canton of the Auvergne region (the capital of the Auvergne region is Clermont-Ferrand- one of it's twin towns is Oviedo, Spain)
