Washington DC mother was last seen Friday morning, on February 1, 2007, leaving her home with her 3 small children. Not much else has been said... reports are scarce on this missing mother... but she may be disoriented and in need of medical help. What that help may be, news reports have not stated...

Her children are identified as a 4-year-old girl, Phenelli "Nell" Wynn, a 2-year-old boy, Robert Wynn, Jr., and a one month old girl, Victoria Wynn. At this time it is unknown what clothing themissing children are wearing. St. Jean may be operating a 1997 Grey Honda Accord with Maryland license plate 7DBL17, police said. She may appear to be disoriented and in need of medical attention.
