It seems like several of the missing persons disappear on late night walks. I wonder why they're out walking so late? Maybe I'm odd but I've never gone out walking at that hour.

I also got the impression this young man may have disappeared before. Did anyone else interpret this sentence that way?

Investigators do not believe foul play is involved, but say it is unusual for Rogstad to be missing for so long.

The family of a missing Bellevue man and Brown County investigators are strengthening their focus on Oneida County today with a Wausau man confirming his Friday report that he spoke to the missing man at a bar on March 20 in the town of Hazelhurst.

That sounds like another strange story. I sure hope he is okay. I wonder if they looked in nearby canals or lakes.

I just received word that Clarence's body was found in the East River, on his 3 month wedding anniversary. That is all the info I have at this time. Please pray for his wife and family.

As police pulled a body from the East River near Allouez Avenue in Bellevue Friday afternoon, members of Clarence Rogstad’s family watched from the bridge above.

Police said they don’t know whether the body retrieved from the water is that of Clarence Rogstad, 23, of Bellevue, a newlywed who disappeared after leaving his home March 12.
