I was curious about her description, too.

I could go either way on this guy. The description from Victim #2 doesn't match up exactly, but there are certain points of interest for me. His vehicle, his facial hair, long face, timing of the event, age of the woman, and a couple of other things.

Has anyone been able to find his arrest record online yet? I would like to know his stats.

Taxi, in the sketch his eyes are more narrow. His face is same length but appears thinner in sketch. I hope the December vic can identify him in a lineup!

I checked out Washoe County court records and Garrett Subia doesn't have a criminal record, but he does have several civil court records.

He was sued by the State of Nevada - case #CV97-02109 on April 4, 1997. He was listed as an obligator

Case #PRCV98-02966 dated May 8, 1998 he was listed as a parent in a guardianship case. Persons involved in this case are as follows:

Christian F. Wells - minor/ward
Mahria K. Wells - minor/ward
Darla Kay Wells - guardian
Wendy Lynn Easter - parent
Wesley F. Ford - parent
Garrett Subia - parent

(I don't know why there's three parents listed)

The two (then) minor children petition the court to end guardianship on December 3, 2007. The case was heard on January 8, 2008.

Oh, that is very interesting, Leila!! Adds another element. If this guy was involved in a custody dispute over his children...the dates mentioned would be within a couple of weeks of the two attacks. (We discussed earlier how rapes can coincide with events in the life of the perp where he loses control or causes rage etc.)

He would have only been 18 in 1997 tho. I don't know if this makes any sense since the children petitioned to have the guardianship removed.

From what I've been able to determine from reading a summary of the details of the case I cited above, it appears that Wendy Easter is the mother of two children - Christian Wells, and Mahria Wells. The father is listed as Wesley F. Ford. Yet, Garrett Subia is also listed as a parent, so I think he may be the biological father of one of the two minor children. The grandmother is Darla K. Wells and she was granted guardianship. There are criminal cases against both Wendy Easter and Wesley Ford, for drugs.

The two minor children (in 1998) petitioned the court to end guardianship on December 3, 2007. The case was heard on Jan. 8, 2008 and a decision is pending.

Its hard to say whether this is the perp or not? What I'm sure we'll ALL agree on is that if you are a young male in Reno these days, it's probably not wise to try to force women to get into your car :behindbar
