A woman suffering from dementia and schizophrenia has been missing since early Tuesday morning, Sanford police said.
Millie Ramos, 56, was last seen at her Sanford home wearing a blue-jean jacket and unknown type or color of pants and she was carrying a black purse, police said.
According to Ramos' family, she has not been taking her medication but should have it with her, police said.
Ramos contacted her mother, who lives in Cape Coral, by telephone and told her that she wanted to see her, police said.
Anyone with information about Ramos' whereabouts is urged to call the Sanford Police Department.
