Extensive article about lawsuit between Mallory and his parents, including:
Testimony throughout the tense, nearly three-hour hearing revealed bitter family relationships that seemed to stem from loose contracts and differing expectations.
The tension was magnified by Michael Mallory’s absence.
When she first took the stand, Rochelle Mallory was asked by Rubin whether she knew where her husband was.
The woman immediately broke down in tears, saying, “No, I do not.”
Mallory, who reported that her husband had gone to work as usual the morning he disappeared, was not available for comment following the hearing.

I wonder if his truck was found on a route that he would have driven on his way to work? That is really odd that his truck was wrecked but he is no where around. It doesn't sound like the accident was to bad. Wonder if he hit his head and doesn't know who he is or where he is?
I wonder if this man has disappeared on his own. It seems that he owes his parents a ton of money and would probably lose his shirt in court. If he did stage an acdident and has left his wife to cope with the trial...it was a horrible thing to do to her. The case will go on whether he is there or not to attend court. I wonder if he thought it would all be dropped if he wasn't there? Sad to take advantage of his parents.
