Investigators have ruled out foul play in the death of a 78-year-old Donna man, Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Treviño said Tuesday.

Deputies discovered the body of Jesus Delores Valle in a canal Friday about 5 miles south of the intersection of 5 Mile Line and Midway Road.
