Fart tax

I was reading this month's "Audubon" magazine . In New Zealand, the methane gas expelled by cattle is becoming a real environmental problem., leading to
discussion of instituting the world's first "fart tax",as it is called.I'm not sure
how the guilty perpretrators will be singled out to be taxed. Will the cows blame it on the dogs?

BahaaaaaaaaaaaSounds like your coworker needs to be issued a
citation for violation..with a huge healthy tax. Let's see that's a 10 registering here on my fartometer, which ranslates to.....hmmmm ......times 8mil rate,
looks like some big bucks...... :(
